Guides identify two pharmacy locations for Lance’s A Reveal in Ruins quest: Piazza Arbusto in the east and Plaza Rosa in the south. For Life of a Pharmacist, go specifically to Arbusto Farmacia at Piazza Arbusto.
How to spot the pharmacies
Both reported locations use the same storefront cues: a green “Farmacia” sign and a green medical cross. Look for those markings if the map labels or street names are difficult to make out.

- Piazza Arbusto: On Buried City’s eastern side, near the collapsed highway. The Eastern Station extraction entrance is reported just outside or very close to the pharmacy.
- Plaza Rosa: In the southern part of the city. A metro entrance is reported nearby.
These locations and nearby landmarks are reported by third-party guides, not confirmed by official map documentation. A nearby extraction does not mean the route is safe or uncontested.
Which pharmacy should you visit for your quest?
A Reveal in Ruins
Guides report that either Piazza Arbusto or Plaza Rosa can count for this objective. Find the marked interaction inside the pharmacy to collect the ESR Analyzer, then extract with it and deliver it to Lance. One guide says the preceding Medical Merchandise quest unlocks A Reveal in Ruins.
