It is now a historical event, so the festival island is not part of the currently active game events as of 30 September 2026. During its run, players entered through a special Plaza portal or the event tab’s Teleport button, then completed timed puzzles and weekly challenges for exclusive rewards.
When was the Winter Floating Festival available?
Gameloft announced the event in the Winter Ball Update on 10 December 2025, with the live period set for 7–28 January 2026. The event database records the same dates. Because that window has ended, this page is an archive guide rather than instructions for accessing a live island.
How access worked during the event
Plaza portal
A special portal in the Plaza transported players to the seasonal floating island.
Event-tab Teleport button
The general Floating Festival system also provided an event-tab Teleport option. Selecting it sent the player directly to the temporary island.

Floating Festivals are temporary events: the island exists only during its advertised event period. No current reactivation date for the Winter Floating Festival is established here.
What was on the floating island?
The destination was decorated for winter and contained puzzles that unlocked over time. Gameloft advised players to log in regularly because additional puzzles became available during the event. Solving puzzles awarded exclusive in-game items.

Weekly activities
The official announcement specifically named hot-chocolate making and trivia contests as weekly challenges. These activities formed part of the event progression alongside the island’s puzzle content.
