Yes. iBUYPOWER announced custom gaming PCs with Intel Core Ultra 200S processors on October 24, 2024. Its current catalog also lists newer Core Ultra 200S Plus systems, including configurations built around the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus and Core Ultra 7 270K Plus. Because parts, prices, inventory and delivery estimates change, verify the exact build on iBUYPOWER’s live product page before ordering.

Does iBUYPOWER offer Intel Core Ultra 200S gaming PCs?

It does. iBUYPOWER’s October 24, 2024 announcement said customers could configure a custom gaming PC with processors ranging from the Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF to the Core Ultra 9 285K. Those were the original Core Ultra 200S desktop parts announced by Intel on October 10, 2024.

The original announcement listed launch configuration MSRPs from $1,609 to $3,299. Those were 2024 figures, not current prices, and should not be used as a present-day quote.

Which processors appear in the current catalog?

Current category pages reviewed on September 27, 2026 showed newer Core Ultra 200S Plus models rather than only the original launch SKUs.

200S versus 200S Plus: what changed?

Original Core Ultra 200S

Intel introduced five unlocked desktop processors on October 10, 2024, with up to eight Performance-cores, sixteen Efficient-cores and an integrated NPU aimed at AI workloads. iBUYPOWER’s October 2024 announcement covered the Core Ultra 5 245KF through Core Ultra 9 285K range.

Core Ultra 200S Plus

On March 11, 2026, Intel announced the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus and Core Ultra 5 250K/KF Plus. Intel said the Plus 270K and 250K models add four E-cores compared with the cited Core Ultra 265K/KF and 245K/KF counterparts, support DDR5-7200, and work with existing 800-series chipset motherboards. Intel announced expected retail-partner availability beginning March 26, 2026.

The “Plus” suffix therefore identifies a newer processor variant. Do not assume that a listing described simply as “Core Ultra” uses an original 200S chip; read the complete SKU in the configuration panel.

Compare the complete PC, not just the CPU

The two current examples pair different processors with different graphics cards: the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus system uses an RTX 5070 Ti, while the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus example uses an RTX 5080. That GPU difference can matter more to game performance than the processor label alone, especially at higher resolutions.

Check these items before buying

  • Exact processor: Confirm whether the build uses a 245KF, 285K, 250K Plus, 250KF Plus, 270K Plus or another SKU.
  • Graphics card: Record the exact GeForce model and VRAM capacity.
  • Memory: Check total capacity and advertised speed; the reviewed examples listed 32GB DDR5-6000.
  • Storage: Confirm drive capacity and model. The examples used a 2TB Lexar NQ780 M.2 NVMe SSD.
  • Platform and connectivity: Verify the motherboard, wireless networking and rear/front ports on the exact build rather than assuming processor specifications guarantee every feature.
  • Checkout total: Recheck price, shipping, tax, discounts, stock and delivery estimates immediately before payment.

What Intel claims about performance

Intel’s launch materials reported up to 14% faster multithreaded performance than the previous generation, up to 58% lower package power in everyday applications and up to 165W lower system power while gaming. These are Intel’s own comparisons with stated test conditions and footnotes; they are not independent measurements of an iBUYPOWER desktop.

For Core Ultra 200S Plus, Intel claimed up to 15% faster geomean gaming performance than existing Core Ultra Series 2 desktop processors. That figure is also a manufacturer launch claim and should not be combined with the 2024 figures as though all used one test or baseline.

“The new Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors deliver on our goals to significantly cut power usage while retaining outstanding gaming performance and delivering leadership compute,” said Robert Hallock, Intel vice president and general manager of AI and Technical Marketing, Client Computing Group, in the October 10, 2024 announcement.

For a buying decision, independent reviews of the exact CPU, GPU and power settings remain more useful than a processor-only headline number.

Is an iBUYPOWER 200S PC right for your use case?

Gaming

Prioritize the graphics card, game resolution, refresh rate and cooling configuration. A faster Core Ultra processor does not automatically make a system with a weaker GPU the better gaming purchase.

Creation and multitasking

Core counts, memory capacity and sustained cooling become more important for rendering, compiling, streaming and other multithreaded work. Compare the complete configuration and the upgrade options rather than selecting by Core Ultra branding alone.

AI-enabled applications

The 200S family includes an NPU, but software support and workload requirements vary. Check that the applications you use can take advantage of the relevant CPU, GPU or NPU features.
