The correct redemption method depends on the code you have. Enter a normal Dress To Impress promo code through the game’s in-game CODES control, redeem a merchandise DLC token through the DLC option or official PhatMojo portal, and use roblox.com/redeem for a Roblox gift card or other retail code.

How to redeem a regular Dress To Impress promo code
- Open the official Dress To Impress experience on Roblox.
- Enter the dressing-room/game interface and look for the CODES control. Current versions show it as a handbag icon labeled CODE, near the lower-left area of the interface.
- Type the promo code exactly as published, including capitalization, numbers and any other characters.
- Submit it, then check for the reward or the message explaining why it was rejected.
If the code fails, first compare every character with the source that published it. A correctly typed code can still fail when its limited-time availability has ended. Roblox says promo codes may expire or remain active only briefly, so there is no reliable permanent list of working DTI codes.
How to redeem a Dress To Impress merchandise DLC token
A DLC token is different from a free in-game promo code. It is the scratch-off code included with eligible official merchandise, such as a Dress To Impress Roblox doll. Do not treat it as a Roblox gift card.
Desktop redemption inside DTI
- Find the scratch-off DLC token supplied with the eligible merchandise.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the reward and launch DRESS TO IMPRESS.
- Open the in-game CODES box.
- Select the pink DLC Code button above the ordinary code popup. This opens the DLC CODES popup.
- Enter the token and select Redeem.
- If the token grants a developer in-game reward, look for it in the DTI inventory or backpack. If it grants Roblox avatar UGC, follow the official PhatMojo instructions for that token.
Official DTI instructions warn that DLC codes cannot be reused and should not be shared. A photograph or copied token can allow somebody else to claim a one-time reward.

Mobile redemption
Use the official PhatMojo Merch DLC Redemption portal linked from the DTI DLC instructions. After submitting the token there, enter the Dress To Impress game within 24 hours. The official warning says that failing to enter the game in that window causes the code to expire and require re-entry.
How to redeem a Roblox gift card or retail code
- Open https://roblox.com/redeem in a web browser. This is Roblox’s retail-code redemption route.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the credit, Robux or item.
- Enter the code exactly as printed and click Redeem.
- Check the resulting account balance or inventory. Roblox says the result depends on the code and can be credit, Robux or a virtual item.
A Roblox gift card adds value or an item to the Roblox account; it does not promise a particular Dress To Impress outfit. Once credited, any later use in DTI follows the game’s own available purchases and rewards.

What an error usually means
- “Invalid” or rejected immediately: Recheck similar characters, capitalization and the account you are signed into. Make sure a retail code is being entered at roblox.com/redeem, not in the DTI code box.
- A DTI promo code gives an expiration message: The limited-time reward is no longer active. Roblox and current DTI coverage both caution that codes can disappear without a durable public list.
- A DLC token says it has already been used: DLC tokens are one-time codes. Contact the retailer or official support with proof of purchase rather than trying third-party generators.
- Mobile DLC reward does not appear: Confirm that you entered DTI within the required 24-hour period after using the official PhatMojo portal, then check the appropriate in-game inventory or avatar-item location.
- Nothing changes after a successful gift-card redemption: Verify that you redeemed on the intended Roblox account and inspect both the account balance and inventory, since different retail codes deliver different reward types.
Stay safe while redeeming
- Use only Roblox’s official redemption page, the in-game DTI interface and the official DTI/PhatMojo DLC route.
- Never enter your Roblox password, session information or payment details into a “free code,” “code generator” or unofficial claim page.
- Keep a merchandise token private until you are ready to redeem it; official DTI instructions say not to share it.
- Check merchandise listings for authenticity, inclusion of a DLC token, region restrictions and stock before buying. A Roblox gift card is not a substitute for a product-specific DTI DLC token.
Why a named code may stop working
Dress To Impress promo codes are limited-time rewards, and the Roblox game listing does not provide a permanent, official catalogue of active codes. Third-party lists are therefore time-stamped leads rather than guarantees. Redeem a code as soon as it is announced, preserve its exact capitalization, and use the game’s own result message to distinguish a typing mistake from an expired reward.
