Use Roblox’s official support form for account, billing, moderation, privacy and platform problems: roblox.com/support. You can also open the request page from the Roblox Help Center at en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Contact an experience creator instead when the problem exists only inside one game. Never send a password, one-time code, browser cookie or full payment-card number to anyone claiming to be Roblox Support.
The form’s labels and appearance can vary by region, age, issue type and future redesigns, so current screenshots should be treated as visual examples rather than permanent instructions.
Roblox or the experience creator?
Roblox operates the platform; individual developers operate experiences (games). Choose the destination before submitting anything.

For creator help, Roblox says you may use Roblox messages or chat, a group wall, or social links on the creator, group or experience page. A creator’s own website or email is independent of Roblox. Creators cannot issue Robux or monetary refunds for purchases made through Roblox’s platform. See Roblox’s creator-contact guidance.

How to contact Roblox in eight steps
1. Identify the problem
Decide whether this is an account-access, hacked-account, billing, moderation, technical, safety, privacy or single-experience issue. This first decision prevents a platform problem being sent to a developer, or a game-specific bug being sent to general support.
2. Check the official Help Center
Search en.help.roblox.com for the exact symptom first. A login, purchase or troubleshooting article may solve the problem faster than a ticket. This is optional, not a requirement for contacting Support.
3. Open the official support form
- Go directly to https://www.roblox.com/support.
- Alternatively, use the request link at https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Check that the address is an official
roblox.comoren.help.roblox.comdomain and that your browser shows a secure connection.
Do not trust a phone number, advertisement, social-media account or unsolicited message merely because it uses the Roblox name.

4. Enter accurate contact and account details
- Account username (not just the display name).
- A reachable email address and, if known, the email previously linked to the account.
- Device and platform: web, iOS, Android, Xbox, PlayStation or another storefront.
- Experience name and URL when relevant.
- Date and approximate time of the incident.
- For purchases: product, purchase date, order or transaction identifier and receipt details.
For missing purchases, Roblox’s guidance requests the username, device, purchase date and product; Support may ask for a receipt screenshot or forwarded receipt in .jpg or .png format. Keep receipts private.

Choose the option that most closely matches your issue. Labels can change, but these directions are reliable:
- Login or forgotten password: account access.
- Stolen account: hacked or compromised account.
- Robux, Premium or a charge: billing or payments.
- Missing purchased item: purchases or billing.
- Warning or suspension: moderation or appeal.
- Crashes or website errors: technical support.
- Player danger or abuse: safety/reporting.
- Personal-data request: privacy.
- One game’s item or ban: the experience creator.
6. Describe the issue and evidence clearly
Use a short chronology rather than an emotional or contradictory explanation. State what happened, when and where it happened, what you already tried, the result you want and what evidence you can provide.

Example: “My username is [username]. On [date], [specific problem] occurred on [device/platform] in [experience]. I tried [steps]. Please help me [requested outcome]. I can provide [receipt, screenshot or transaction date].”
For a moderation appeal, identify the account or content, name the action being appealed and briefly explain why it may be incorrect. An appeal requests review; it does not guarantee reversal.

- Save the confirmation screen and ticket number.
- Watch the inbox and spam or filtered folders.
- Reply in the existing email thread if Support requests information.
- Do not open numerous duplicate tickets with conflicting details.
When Roblox requests receipt evidence for a purchase, reply to the confirmation email as instructed.

8. Follow up safely
If you receive no response, verify the email address, check all filtered folders and reply to the existing ticket. Submit a new request only when the original is closed, inaccessible or clearly miscategorized; include the old ticket number and a concise recap.

Hacked or compromised account
- Stop communicating with the suspected scammer.
- Secure the associated email account and change any reused passwords.
- If you can still log in, change the Roblox password and sign out unknown sessions.
- Enable available two-step verification or other security controls.
- Submit the official support form, explaining when access was lost and what changed.
- Give the original or previously linked email address and legitimate account or purchase history when requested.
Recovery of every item, Robux balance or account change is not guaranteed; the result depends on ownership evidence and circumstances.
Billing, Robux and subscriptions
Include the username, product, date, device or storefront, transaction identifier and receipt. Identify whether the transaction was made through the Roblox website, Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft/Xbox, Amazon or another platform. The payment provider may have its own refund process; Roblox’s purchase guidance explains that troubleshooting varies by platform: official purchase support.

Safety, abuse and emergencies
Use Roblox’s in-platform report controls for a player, message, chat or experience, and preserve the username, link, time and screenshots without reposting sensitive information publicly. For imminent danger, exploitation or a suspected crime, contact local emergency services or law enforcement as appropriate; an ordinary support ticket is not an emergency channel.
Privacy requests
Use the Customer Support Form for privacy questions and requests. Roblox’s Privacy and Cookie Policy (effective date stated there as April 30, 2026) says users under 13 should have a parent or guardian submit certain privacy requests and discusses guardian communications: read the policy.
The policy lists privacy-specific U.S. contacts, including (888) 858-BLOX and [email protected], plus separate EEA, UK and Switzerland contacts. These are privacy channels, not a promise of general game, billing, moderation or account support; verify the current policy for your region.
Parents and younger players
Children should involve a parent or guardian in account-security, billing and privacy problems rather than sharing sensitive information alone. Roblox specifically identifies guardian involvement for certain under-13 privacy and support matters, but that does not mean every ordinary support form universally requires a parent to submit it.

How to recognize fake Roblox support
- Use only links on the official Roblox domains above.
- Roblox Support will not need your password, authentication code, backup code, browser cookie or full card number.
- Do not pay an “account recovery” service or follow instructions from an unsolicited staff account.
- Never post receipts, order numbers or email addresses publicly.
- Ignore search advertisements or social profiles that invent a general customer-service phone line.
If the form will not open
Try the official Help Center request link, a current browser, another permitted network or device, and check parental-control or regional restrictions. If a confirmation email never arrives, recheck spelling and spam folders. Keep the ticket number and avoid repeatedly resubmitting the same request.
