What Rockstar’s US rating information says
Rockstar’s official Grand Theft Auto VI page lists ESRB content descriptors including Nudity and Strong Sexual Content, alongside Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Mature Humor, Strong Language, and Use of Drugs and Alcohol. It also lists In-Game Purchases. Those are the descriptors shown on Rockstar’s page; they are not the detailed PEGI sentence. See Rockstar’s GTA VI page.

What the rating does not establish
The reported wording does not establish the duration or graphic detail of any scene, whether sexual content can be avoided, or the narrative context in which it appears. It identifies content categories, not a scene-by-scene account of the finished game.
