AVIOT opened reservations for its TE-V1R-96N true wireless earbuds, a collaboration with singer 96猫 (96Neko), on March 30, 2026. The announced price was ¥18,700 including tax, with deliveries planned to begin in late July. The preorder period has since ended: AVIOT’s official shop listing was marked “preorder受付終了” as of October 3, 2026, which does not confirm whether other sellers have stock.
When did preorders open, and what did they cost?
AVIOT said reservations began March 30, 2026, at 12:00 and ran until May 7, 2026, at 23:59. The announced price was ¥18,700, including tax. AVIOT planned to begin deliveries from late July 2026 onward.
As of October 3, 2026, the official AVIOT Online Mall listing showed the preorder as ended. That status does not establish whether a reseller currently has inventory. The reviewed sources do not confirm Amazon availability or international shipping.
What makes the 96Neko edition different?
AVIOT describes the TE-V1R-96N as a TE-V1R-based model featuring motifs and colors associated with 96猫 on the earbuds and charging case. Its package includes newly drawn collaboration artwork. The company presents the edition as both a listening product and a collectible for fans.

The official materials reviewed do not specify special voice guidance or a separate recording package for this model, so those features should not be assumed.

What to check if you are looking to buy one now
- Check whether the specific listing is for TE-V1R-96N rather than another AVIOT model; specifications for a different model should not be substituted.
- Confirm that the seller has the collaboration edition in stock and can ship to your region. The official preorder status alone does not establish current resale availability.
- Compare the delivered price, including shipping and any applicable import charges, with the original announced tax-included price of ¥18,700.
- Consider the IPX4-equivalent rating only for the earbuds; AVIOT specifies water resistance for the earbuds, not the charging case.

In the announcement context, AVIOT reported approximately 230,000 cumulative shipments for its V Series hit model as of the end of December 2025. This is a company-reported series figure, not an independent sales audit, and it is not a shipment count for the TE-V1R-96N collaboration earbuds.
