The latest located update, from Volquest on Oct. 2, lists Gordon as doubtful for the Week 5 game. Volquest said he had appeared as doubtful for three straight days and expected another availability update around 2 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 3. Gordon was reported as questionable ahead of Tennessee’s Sept. 26 game against Texas. Volquest’s Sept. 25 report said he appeared on the Wednesday and Thursday availability reports as questionable; it also noted that he had missed the earlier Kennesaw State game after an injury in the Georgia Tech game. The next located Auburn-week report, from Vols Wire on Oct. 1, listed Gordon as doubtful. Volquest reported the same designation the following day. - Whether Gordon’s final game-day designation changed from doubtful.
