The Final Fantasy XIV and Fall Guys collaboration returns on October 7, 2026. The repeat event runs in the Manderville Gold Saucer’s Blunderville attraction through October 27 in North America, with different local end dates in Europe and Australia. New players need to unlock the Gold Saucer and accept the event quest; players who completed the collaboration quest before can resume the content immediately.
When does the FFXIV Fall Guys event run?
Square Enix’s North American event notice gives the window as Wednesday, October 7 at 1:00 a.m. through Tuesday, October 27 at 7:59 a.m. PDT. The European notice lists the start as Wednesday, October 7 at 8:00 GMT / 9:00 BST / 19:00 AEDT. It lists the end as Tuesday, October 27 at 14:59 GMT and Wednesday, October 28 at 1:59 AEDT. Check the time zone shown for your region rather than treating the calendar dates as universal. North American event notice; European event notice.
How do you unlock Blunderville?
First-time participants
To take part for the first time, reach level 15 and complete “It Could Happen to You,” the Gold Saucer access quest. Its initial quest is given by the Well-Heeled Youth in Ul’dah – Steps of Nald at X:9.6, Y:9.0. The event page also requires completion of one of the three starting-city envoy main-scenario quests; it does not name them in the published page text.
After “It Could Happen to You,” take the limited-time event quest “Just Crowning Around” from Lewena at the Manderville Gold Saucer. Once the Gold Saucer quest is complete, you can travel there by airship from any of the three city-states. See the official event page for the event details.

Returning participants
If you completed the collaboration quest during an earlier run, Square Enix says you can immediately resume the collaboration content. You do not need to treat this as a new-content update or repeat the first-time entry route.
What happens in the event, and what can you earn?
Blunderville is the Gold Saucer attraction for the collaboration. Participate in it to earn Manderville Gold Saucer Fame (MGF), then exchange MGF with the MGF Trader for event items. MGF can only be earned during the event period; the event page lists the exchange catalog and the MGF amount for each item. Check the official reward list and current exchange amounts.

Is this a new event, and will it return again?
This is a repeat of the previous collaboration, not a new-content update. Square Enix describes it plainly: “This event is identical to those previously held.” The event page records earlier runs in November 2025, October 2024, May–June 2024, and October–December 2023. Square Enix says future runs after this one will happen at irregular intervals, so the history does not establish a fixed annual schedule. Square Enix’s announcement.

Do you need to buy Fall Guys separately?
No separate Fall Guys game is listed as a requirement: Blunderville is an event inside Final Fantasy XIV. Square Enix’s product page lists the Free Trial and digital Starter and Complete Editions, and PlayStation lists the Free Trial and store editions. Those pages do not establish a physical FFXIV edition as the route to this event. If you are new, check the current access options for your platform on the official FFXIV site or the PlayStation Store.
