Raheim Sanders had four touches for 16 yards in Cleveland’s 27-24 win over Pittsburgh on Thursday, October 1, 2026. He played 22 offensive snaps, but that playing time did not turn into many opportunities with the ball.
Sanders’ numbers against Pittsburgh
CBS Sports/RotoWire reported that Sanders rushed twice for nine yards and caught both of his targets for seven yards. That is four touches and 16 yards from scrimmage in the Browns’ 27-24 victory.
Why 22 snaps did not mean more touches
Sanders played 22 offensive snaps, his second-highest total of the 2026 season to that point, according to CBS Sports/RotoWire. Snap count measures how often a player is on the field; it does not show how often the offense gives him the ball. Sanders’ four touches show the difference between his participation and his direct involvement in the play.
Backfield context and fantasy outlook
Jaleel McLaughlin scored Cleveland’s 28-yard rushing touchdown early in the second quarter. CBS Sports/RotoWire described Sanders as behind Quinshon Judkins on the depth chart if Judkins remained healthy. That is the report’s conditional assessment, not confirmation of a permanent role change. One game’s snaps and touches do not establish that Sanders has been benched, injured, or definitively displaced.

For fantasy managers, the game offers a reason for caution rather than a definitive verdict on Sanders’ future workload. His playing time was meaningful relative to his season mark, but the four touches limited his production; the available report does not establish what his opportunities will be in subsequent games.
Sanders’ totals through four games
FantasyPros reported that through the first four games of 2026, Sanders had six carries for 31 yards and 10 catches on 11 targets for 73 yards. Those are season-to-date totals through that specific point, separate from his line against Pittsburgh.
