How to Stream Recorded Coaching Classes 24/7 on YouTube in India

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

You can broadcast recorded coaching lessons as a continuous YouTube Live feed by sending them through an encoder connected to YouTube Studio. First confirm that your channel can livestream, then connect the encoder with YouTube’s stream key, configure a playlist or loop, check the preview and start the broadcast. You can run the encoder on your own computer or use a cloud service such as StreamNeo to keep the feed running without leaving a computer on at home.

Before you set up the broadcast

Check live-stream eligibility

YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days. Its current getting-started guidance also says streamers must be at least 16. Check access in YouTube Studio before preparing a 24/7 schedule, and follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. YouTube’s live-streaming getting-started requirements.

Decide whether a continuous feed suits the class

A 24/7 stream shows whichever lesson is currently playing; students cannot reliably begin at a chosen lesson or control the sequence as they would with individual on-demand videos. If learners need a specific lesson at a specific time, publish lessons individually as well as considering a continuous channel. Treat the continuous feed as a scheduled broadcast, not a substitute for a navigable course library.

Prepare the lesson playlist and permissions

Arrange the recordings in the order you want them to play and decide whether the sequence should repeat. Check every lesson’s picture and sound, including slides, background music, video clips and other embedded media. Keep the original files: a livestream is not a dependable replacement for your course archive.

Set up a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube Live stream

  1. Open YouTube Studio and create a live stream. Use YouTube Studio’s live-stream setup to create or schedule the broadcast and select the encoder workflow. Copy the stream URL and stream key shown in Live Control Room. YouTube’s encoder setup instructions explain the connection; they do not endorse a particular looping application.
  2. Choose an encoder and configure the recordings. In an encoder that supports media playlists or looping, add the recorded lessons in the intended order and set the sequence to repeat. Software encoding is an option; YouTube describes professional-grade hardware encoders as a choice for higher-production-value events, not a requirement for a simple recorded-class loop. YouTube’s live-streaming tips.
  3. Connect the encoder to YouTube. Enter the stream URL and key from Live Control Room in the encoder’s streaming settings. Keep the key private: anyone with access to it may be able to send a feed to that stream. If you believe it has been exposed, replace it in YouTube Studio and update the encoder with the new key.
  4. Start the encoder and inspect the preview. Confirm that Live Control Room receives the video and audio. Check that the correct lesson is playing, the picture is stable, and speech is audible and in sync before starting the public broadcast.
  5. Go live and monitor the feed. Check the stream from the channel or watch page and from a mobile device. Monitor picture and sound after launch, and have a plan to notice an interruption and restart or recover the feed. YouTube recommends checking the preview, access from watch pages and mobile devices, audio and video, and archive integrity in its live-streaming tips.

Choose local software, hardware or cloud playout

The practical choice depends on whether you can keep local equipment running, how much production control you need, and who will notice and address interruptions. YouTube documents software encoding and recommends professional-grade hardware encoders for higher-production-value events; its guidance does not compare specific products or promise uninterrupted uptime.

Approach What it means Best fit
Software encoder A computer runs an encoder and sends the lesson playlist to YouTube. You avoid dedicated encoder hardware, but the computer and its internet connection must remain available. A do-it-yourself setup where you can maintain and monitor the local machine.
Hardware encoder A dedicated physical encoder sends the feed. YouTube recommends professional-grade hardware for higher-production-value events; it does not say hardware is necessary for a basic lesson loop. A production setup that needs dedicated encoding equipment and local operational control.
Cloud playout A service sends uploaded recordings to YouTube from the cloud, rather than depending on a computer at home to remain on. A channel where leaving local equipment running is impractical. Check the provider’s current features, pricing, data handling and recovery behavior before choosing.

Rights, interruptions and the video archive

Clear rights to everything in the lessons

YouTube scans livestreams for third-party content. If it detects copyrighted material, it may replace the stream with a placeholder, interrupt the broadcast or terminate it. A license alone may not prevent an interruption: YouTube says the rights owner may need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Confirm permissions for lecture slides, music, clips and embedded media, and ask the relevant rights owner about allowlisting where applicable. Do not rely on one 24/7 broadcast as your archive

YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived; a stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. A continuous 24/7 feed therefore cannot be relied on to produce one complete video-on-demand recording. Keep the original lesson files and, if a durable archive matters, make a separate local recording. YouTube’s live-stream archive guidance.

Monetization: a continuous class loop is not a guarantee

YouTube’s channel monetization policies apply to live streams. On July 15, 2025, YouTube renamed “repetitious content” as “inauthentic content” and clarified that repetitive or mass-produced content is ineligible under its existing original-and-authentic-content standard. YouTube may assess the channel overall, including its main theme, most-viewed and newest content, share of watch time, metadata and About section. Educational value does not by itself guarantee that a channel or a 24/7 replay qualifies for the YouTube Partner Program or ad revenue. YouTube’s channel monetization policies.

Troubleshoot common setup problems

Symptom Likely cause What to check
You cannot start a livestream The channel is unverified or has a live-stream restriction. Check channel verification and live access in YouTube Studio. Review YouTube’s current eligibility requirements before scheduling.
Live Control Room does not receive a preview The encoder is not connected with the correct stream URL or key, or it has not started sending. Compare the encoder’s connection settings with the values in Live Control Room and confirm the encoder is running. If the key may have been exposed, replace it and update the encoder.
Viewers see a placeholder or the stream is interrupted YouTube may have detected copyrighted third-party material. Review every audio and video element for rights, then contact the rights owner about Content ID allowlisting if you have authorization.
A complete VOD is missing The broadcast exceeded YouTube’s 12-hour archive threshold. Use the original lesson files or a separate recording for the archive rather than relying on one continuous stream.
The wrong lesson plays or the loop stops The encoder’s playlist order or repeat behavior may not match the intended schedule, or the sending system may have stopped. Check the playlist in the encoder, confirm its repeat setting, and verify that the encoder and its internet connection remain available.
