For looping finished product-demo videos on YouTube Live, start with StreamNeo, then compare Gyre and Upstream; consider AWS Elemental MediaLive or Google Cloud Live Stream API when you need an engineered broadcast pipeline. These services address different workflows, and the available official descriptions do not establish a reliable winner for uptime, ease of use, or value. Confirm current limits, recovery behavior, pricing, and support with each provider before choosing.
Which kind of product demo stream do you need?
A 24/7 stream of finished clips is different from a live demonstration hosted by a person. Choose around the input and the amount of production control you need:
- Loop uploaded demos: A cloud playout service sends prerecorded videos to YouTube Live. It can operate without a camera or a production computer left running at your location.
- Present live on camera: You need a live camera or studio feed, and typically a microphone. A webcam is unnecessary for a service that only plays uploaded clips.
- Build a managed broadcast pipeline: An API-managed or broadcast-processing service may fit a team with technical resources and specific processing requirements, but it is not automatically the simplest way to loop files.
YouTube describes the encoder feed as connecting to its Live server URL with a stream key. The key is a credential: keep it private, and reset it if it is exposed.

1. StreamNeo — a straightforward cloud loop for YouTube
StreamNeo is a cloud service for keeping a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. Your computer and home connection do not have to stay on. Its advertised recovery feature attempts to resume if YouTube drops the stream; this is a product feature, not an independent uptime guarantee.
Every slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, 24/7 looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops, and StreamNeo team support. Uploaded video is streamed as made, up to 4K 60fps, without re-encoding or quality tiers. The first day is free without a card, once per account. The same product is available on each duration; only the billing length changes. UPI and cards are available in India, and card checkout is available worldwide.

For five or more slots, contact StreamNeo support. It streams uploaded videos to YouTube; it is not a camera-based live-production service.
2. Gyre — cloud playback of prerecorded videos
YouTube’s verified-encoder directory identifies Gyre as a cloud-based option for 24/7 streaming of prerecorded YouTube videos and describes it as operating without a camera or dedicated PC. That listing makes Gyre a relevant candidate for a clip loop, but it is not a comparative endorsement or proof of uptime. Confirm its current video, plan, and recovery limits with the provider.

3. Upstream — prerecorded playback plus live-studio features
YouTube lists Upstream as a cloud studio for 24/7 streams. Upstream’s product page describes continuous cloud playback of uploaded videos, scheduled prerecorded streams, browser-based studio features, and multistreaming. Those added production features may suit a channel that also runs hosted live events; they may be unnecessary for a simple loop. The vendor page advertised a free plan with 24 hours per month when accessed on October 3, 2026; verify that volatile offer and the current terms directly.
4. AWS Elemental MediaLive — broadcast processing, not a default clip-loop pick
YouTube’s verified-encoder directory lists AWS Elemental MediaLive as broadcast-grade live video processing supporting up to 4Kp60 HEVC. That makes it worth examining for an engineered broadcast pipeline. The listing alone does not establish that MediaLive is plug-and-play for looping product-demo files, or that it is the simplest or least costly option. Assess setup, output needs, and total costs before choosing it.

5. Google Cloud Live Stream API — an API-managed route with session limits
Google Cloud Live Stream API provides an API-managed video-processing route rather than a simple consumer clip-loop workflow. Google Cloud documentation updated September 30, 2026 says a channel in a streaming state may be restarted after a 24-hour session. This is a limit specific to that API, not a general rule for third-party 24/7 services. The service also has regional resource quotas and documented input and output limits, so check the applicable region and configuration.

Set up the YouTube side safely
- Enable live streaming in advance. YouTube says first-time enablement may take up to 24 hours, so do not leave this until the planned launch.
- Create the stream or event in YouTube Studio. Use Live Control Room to create a stream; create a scheduled stream there if you need an event page and planned start time.
- Connect the encoder. Enter the YouTube Live server URL and stream key in the chosen service’s connection settings. Treat the key like a password and do not share it publicly.
- Check the watch page and feed before relying on it. The YouTube broadcast is the event viewers watch; the live stream is the audio/video feed associated with it. YouTube’s Live Streaming API describes these as related but separate objects, with each broadcast associated with one live stream.
- Plan what happens to the archive. YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Do not assume that the same automatic archive behavior applies to one uninterrupted stream lasting 12 hours or more. Plan separate retention or repackaging for longer sessions.
Google’s separate Live Stream API documentation says a channel in a streaming state may be restarted after 24 hours. That API-specific session limit should not be applied to unrelated third-party services; check how the service you choose handles long-running sessions.
Product-demo footage, copyright, and channel suitability
Only stream footage, music, voiceover, and other material you have rights to use on YouTube. A product demo can include third-party music, game footage, trademarks, or licensed material, so review the permissions that apply to every element and destination. YouTube’s archive behavior also matters if you plan to reuse the resulting recording: under-12-hour streams are automatically archived according to YouTube Help, while longer uninterrupted sessions should not be assumed to receive the same treatment.
Before building a channel around a repeating loop, review YouTube’s current copyright and monetization policies as well as the terms that apply to your content. A continuous broadcast does not by itself establish that content is original, licensed, or eligible for monetization. StreamNeo offers a copyright safety checklist to help review material before streaming.
Optional equipment for a live-hosted demonstration
A camera and microphone are relevant if a person will demonstrate the product live; they are not prerequisites for cloud playback of finished clips. YouTube describes webcams and microphones as typical encoder-stream hardware, while encoders may be software or hardware. When buying a webcam for a host-led segment, check its compatibility with your production setup, framing, resolution, lighting, and audio needs. Better equipment does not make an uploaded-video loop continuous; the cloud playback service handles that separate workflow.
