वीडियो और उसके हर हिस्से की अलग जांच करें
- मूल फिल्म, कहानी या footage।
- जिस restoration, edit या compilation का आप उपयोग कर रहे हैं।
- साउंडट्रैक और संगीत रचना।
- Subtitles, अनुवाद, narration और जोड़े गए graphics।
एक पुराने मूल वीडियो का public-domain होना उसके बाद जोड़े गए soundtrack, subtitles या restoration को स्वतः मुक्त नहीं करता। इन हिस्सों के अधिकार अलग हो सकते हैं।
CC BY वीडियो इस्तेमाल करने पर attribution दें
यदि कोई काम CC BY के तहत उपलब्ध है, तो उसके वास्तविक license terms देखें और आवश्यक attribution दें। YouTube की सलाह के अनुसार credit में title, author, source URL और license information शामिल करें। Monetization तभी संभव है जब license commercial use की अनुमति देता हो; सिर्फ CC BY लिखा देखकर बिना शर्त व्यावसायिक अनुमति न मानें।

Public domain का नियम देश के अनुसार बदलता है

24/7 playlist लगातार कैसे चलती रहे

Stream archive और interruptions की योजना बनाएं
12 घंटे से लंबी stream
YouTube के अनुसार, 12 घंटे से कम की streams अपने-आप archive होती हैं। इससे लंबी stream के लिए uninterrupted archive की गारंटी न मानें; archive आपकी जरूरत है तो समय-सीमा के भीतर stream की योजना बनाएं और YouTube के मौजूदा live-stream निर्देश देखें।
Copyright match से feed रुक सकती है
YouTube सभी live streams को third-party content के matches के लिए scan करता है—इसमें दूसरी copyrighted live broadcast भी शामिल है। Match मिलने पर YouTube stream की जगह placeholder दिखा सकता है और सामग्री रोकने की चेतावनी दे सकता है; जारी रहने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से interrupt या terminate हो सकती है। Copyright strike या Community Guidelines strike भी stream समाप्त कर सकती है। YouTube Help: live streams में copyright issues
License होने पर भी Content ID interruption का जोखिम खत्म नहीं होता। YouTube सलाह देता है कि licensed content के अधिकार-धारक से अपने channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने के लिए कहें।
Monetization और reused content
Public-domain status या CC BY license अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करते कि लगातार चलने वाला public-domain video loop YouTube Partner Program के लिए योग्य होगा। CC BY सामग्री से कमाई तभी संभव है जब license commercial use की अनुमति देता हो; channel की monetization eligibility अलग सवाल है। मौजूदा monetization और reused-content policy जांचें और केवल loop पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय पर्याप्त मौलिक योगदान जोड़ें। कमाई की गारंटी न मानें।
