कम पावर वाले PC से YouTube पर 720p cartoon stream चलाने के लिए OBS में 1280×720 output, 30 fps, H.264 और 4 Mbps video bitrate से शुरुआत करें। यह YouTube की 240p–720p at 30 fps के लिए दी गई bitrate recommendation है, सफलता की गारंटी नहीं। अपने असली वीडियो और ऑडियो के साथ test करें, फिर OBS के dropped-frames counter और YouTube Live Control Room की stream health देखकर settings समायोजित करें। 24 घंटे का stream अपने-आप archive होने की गारंटी भी नहीं है।
शुरू करने से पहले: channel, cartoon rights और stream key
YouTube पर live जाने के लिए channel verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-stream restrictions नहीं होनी चाहिए। Stream शुरू करने से पहले Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं; वहां का server URL और stream key OBS में इस्तेमाल होंगे। Stream key को password की तरह सुरक्षित रखें—जिसे यह key मिल जाए, वह आपके channel पर stream कर सकता है। YouTube encoder streaming के लिए RTMPS की सिफारिश करता है। YouTube की encoder streaming guidance देखें।
Cartoon केवल तभी stream करें जब आपके पास उसे broadcast करने के आवश्यक अधिकार हों—इसमें संगीत के अधिकार भी शामिल हैं। YouTube live streams को third-party copyrighted content के लिए scan करता है। पहचान होने पर warning, placeholder image, अस्थायी interruption या stream termination हो सकती है। License होने पर भी अधिकार-धारक से अपने channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने के लिए कहना पड़ सकता है। YouTube की Terms of Service के अनुसार creator के पास सामग्री के आवश्यक worldwide exploitation rights होने चाहिए।
कम पावर वाले PC के लिए OBS की शुरुआती सेटिंग
- Output resolution: OBS में Settings > Video खोलें और Output (Scaled) Resolution को 1280×720 रखें। Output resolution घटाने से encoder load कम हो सकता है।
- Frame rate: उसी Video पेज पर Common FPS Values को 30 रखें। Frame rate घटाने से rendering और encoding, दोनों का काम कम होता है।
- Encoder और bitrate: Settings > Output खोलें, Output Mode को Advanced करें, फिर Streaming टैब में H.264 encoder चुनें और video bitrate 4000 Kbps रखें। YouTube 240p–720p at 30 fps के लिए H.264 पर 4 Mbps की सिफारिश करता है। अगर PC पर उपलब्ध encoder विकल्प अलग हों, तो विकल्पों के नाम आपके hardware और OBS configuration पर निर्भर करेंगे।
- Scene हल्की रखें: केवल आवश्यक video source और audio रखें। अनावश्यक browser sources, animated overlays और जटिल effects हटाएं; साधारण scene rendering का काम कम कर सकती है।
- Stream key डालें: OBS में Settings > Stream पर YouTube सेवा चुनें और Live Control Room से मिली stream key डालें। Server URL भी मांगा जाए तो वहीं दिया गया URL इस्तेमाल करें। OBS के version या connection method के अनुसार दिखने वाले labels बदल सकते हैं।
ये शुरुआती settings हैं, आपके PC की sustained performance की गारंटी नहीं। CPU, GPU और encoder support की जानकारी के बिना यह तय नहीं किया जा सकता कि कोई खास कम पावर वाला PC इन्हें लगातार चला पाएगा। Output resolution, FPS और scene complexity कम करने से load घट सकता है; फिर भी असली stream का test ही निर्णायक है। YouTube की recommended encoder settings में 720p/30 की bitrate श्रेणी दी गई है और platform वास्तविक stream जैसे movement और audio के साथ test करने को कहता है।

Upload speed और connection को कैसे जांचें
OBS के अनुसार bitrate का शुरुआती अंदाजा लगाने के लिए total upload speed का लगभग 75% इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। यह troubleshooting starting point है, लगातार स्थिर upload की गारंटी नहीं; platform limit और connection stability भी मायने रखते हैं। अपने स्थान और समय पर upload speed जांचें—ISP plan की advertised speed को लगातार उपलब्ध throughput न मानें।
PC को संभव हो तो router से Ethernet cable के जरिए जोड़ें। OBS wired connection की सिफारिश करता है क्योंकि Wi-Fi अस्थिर हो सकता है। Ethernet cable घर के wireless link की अस्थिरता से बचने में मदद कर सकती है, लेकिन ISP outage या खराब routing ठीक नहीं करती। OBS की stream connection troubleshooting guide देखें।

Network समस्या या PC overload?
- OBS में dropped frames बढ़ रहे हैं: यह अस्थिर connection या चुने हुए bitrate को कायम न रख पाने का संकेत है। Bitrate घटाएं, Ethernet से test करें और फिर से OBS तथा Live Control Room के संकेत देखें।
- Network ठीक है, पर encoding या rendering overload है: Output resolution या FPS घटाएं और scene को सरल करें। ये बदलाव PC का काम घटा सकते हैं, लेकिन 720p जारी रखना हर मशीन पर संभव नहीं होगा।
- कोई साफ समस्या नहीं दिखती: वास्तविक cartoon footage के तेज और धीमे हिस्सों के साथ audio भी test में शामिल करें। केवल स्थिर तस्वीर से किया गया परीक्षण पूरे stream का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करेगा।

24/7 stream और YouTube archive की सीमा
24 घंटे चलती stream को YouTube archive में सुरक्षित रहने की योजना न बनाएं। YouTube 12 घंटे से कम के live streams को अपने-आप archive कर सकता है; 12 घंटे से अधिक की stream शायद capture ही न हो। अगर archive जरूरी है, तो 12 घंटे से छोटी sessions चलाएं और स्थानीय recording को backup के रूप में रखें। YouTube की archive live streams guidance के अनुसार, 12 घंटे से अधिक लंबी stream capture न भी हो सकती है।

बिजली की लागत का अनुमान कैसे लगाएं
भारत में आपके PC का wattage, इस्तेमाल और स्थानीय electricity tariff जाने बिना रुपये प्रति दिन की भरोसेमंद गणना नहीं की जा सकती। PC का steady-state power draw बिजली मीटर से मापें और अपने बिल की स्थानीय प्रति-यूनिट दर लगाएं। यह स्थानीय माप आपके setup का अनुमान देगा; किसी दूसरे PC या शहर पर वही लागत लागू नहीं होगी।
समस्या आने पर क्या बदलें
- OBS में dropped frames बढ़ते हैं: Bitrate घटाकर दोबारा test करें और उपलब्ध हो तो Wi-Fi के बजाय Ethernet इस्तेमाल करें।
- PC encoding या rendering में पीछे रह जाता है: पहले scene से अनावश्यक sources हटाएं; फिर FPS या output resolution घटाकर sustained test करें।
- YouTube stream बाधित करता है या warning दिखाता है: Live Control Room में stream health देखें और सामग्री के अधिकार जांचें। Licensed third-party content के लिए rights owner से Content ID allowlisting की जरूरत पूछें।
- लंबी stream का archive नहीं मिलता: 12 घंटे पार stream capture न हुई हो सकती है। Archive जरूरी हो तो छोटी sessions और अलग local recording की योजना रखें।
