Yes. A YouTube gaming rerun can include videos that play at different resolutions. YouTube says it transcodes live streams into multiple output formats, while the quality options available to viewers can vary by video, device, and network. There is no special “mixed-resolution rerun” setting established in YouTube’s guidance.
What “gaming rerun” can mean
The answer depends on whether you mean a completed livestream replay, rewinding a stream that is still live, or playing several gaming videos in sequence. In the first and third cases, each video’s playback options may differ. Rewinding a live stream is controlled separately through DVR.
Why videos can have different playback resolutions
YouTube’s encoder guidance says it automatically transcodes a live stream into multiple output formats so viewers on different devices and networks can watch. That supports the practical conclusion that a stream replay or a sequence of videos may be watched at different qualities. It does not promise that every gaming replay will offer the same choices, or specify a universal set of resolutions for a particular rerun. Check each video separately
If one video looks sharper or offers different quality choices from another, open the quality menu on each video. Playback quality can differ between videos; it does not, by itself, prove that the creator uploaded source files at different resolutions.

Rewinding a live stream is different from watching its replay
When DVR is enabled for a live stream, viewers can pause, rewind, and continue while the stream is running. That is a live-stream control, not a setting for a completed replay or a playlist. YouTube describes this in Manage live stream settings.
Creator settings: input resolution is not viewer playback quality
A creator can choose a manual stream resolution in the stream key settings, but that configures the incoming stream; it does not force every viewer to watch at that resolution. YouTube’s transcoding creates viewer-facing output formats separately. If configuring primary and backup inputs for a stream, Google’s Live Streaming API guidance says those inputs should use the same resolution.
