पहले पुष्टि करें कि समस्या वास्तव में network dropped frames है

जाँचें कि stream किस मशीन से भेजी जा रही है
Vultr पर VM होना यह साबित नहीं करता कि stream उसी से जा रही है। OBS जिस मशीन पर चलता है, वही encoder और YouTube ingest के बीच का outbound path तय करती है।

सही जगह से upload मापें
Upload speed उसी मशीन और उसी network path से जाँचें जो OBS चला रही है। तेज download speed से पर्याप्त upload सिद्ध नहीं होता। साझा connection पर दूसरे उपकरणों का उपयोग उपलब्ध upload घटा सकता है। YouTube कुल stream bitrate को उपलब्ध upload से कम और करीब 20% headroom के साथ रखने की सलाह देता है। OBS troubleshooting guide कुल upload speed के 75% को शुरुआती bitrate सीमा के रूप में सुझाती है। ये planning starting points हैं, Vultr नेटवर्क की SLA या किसी route की गारंटी नहीं। OBS bitrate guidance · YouTube streaming tips
YouTube के H.264 video bitrate संदर्भ
YouTube के encoder settings पेज पर प्रकाशित H.264 video bitrate के उदाहरण नीचे हैं। ये YouTube recommendations हैं, हर stream के लिए अनिवार्य minimum या किसी खास server की network capacity नहीं। Audio bitrate और अन्य traffic के लिए भी upload में जगह रखें। पेज 2026-10-03 को देखा गया; उसी पेज की पूरी resolution, frame-rate और codec तालिका से अपनी सेटिंग मिलाएँ।

YouTube encoder settings और stream health मिलाएँ
- Protocol: YouTube के वर्तमान settings पेज में RTMP/RTMPS का उल्लेख है। OBS और Live Control Room में चुने गए destination तथा ingest को जाँचें।
- Rate control: YouTube CBR सुझाता है।
- Keyframes: 2 सेकंड का recommended interval रखें; 4 सेकंड से अधिक न हो।
- Resolution और codec: चुने output के लिए YouTube की संबंधित bitrate recommendation और Live Control Room के error संदेश से मिलाएँ।
Stream शुरू करने से पहले समान audio और motion वाला test चलाना तथा प्रसारण के दौरान health देखना उपयोगी है। YouTube encoder settings · YouTube error messages
नेटवर्क कारणों को एक-एक करके अलग करें
एक बार में एक बदलाव करें। हर test में OBS dropped-frame counter और YouTube health का परिणाम दर्ज करें; बदलाव से लाभ न हो तो पहले की setting लौटाएँ।

- स्थानीय OBS Wi-Fi पर हो तो Ethernet से test करें। Wi-Fi में उतार-चढ़ाव stream path को अस्थिर कर सकता है। Cat 6 Ethernet cable स्थानीय PC तक wired connection देने का एक विकल्प है; इससे Vultr से YouTube तक का route ठीक होने की गारंटी नहीं।
- VPN बंद करके तुलना करें। यह केवल अस्थायी परीक्षण हो; VPN बंद करने से समस्या सुधरे तो आगे network configuration जाँचें।
- Firewall या antivirus हस्तक्षेप जाँचें। अस्थायी परीक्षण से कारण का संकेत मिले तो OBS के लिए exception बनाएँ और सुरक्षा फिर चालू करें—सुरक्षा software को स्थायी रूप से बंद न छोड़ें।
- Network drivers और bundled utilities देखें। पुराने drivers या bandwidth/traffic को प्राथमिकता देने वाली utilities संभावित कारण हो सकती हैं।
- OBS network विकल्प सीमित रूप से परखें। Windows में Network Optimizations और TCP pacing आजमाए जा सकते हैं। Bind to IP को Default रखें। IPv4 Only को केवल परीक्षण के रूप में आजमाएँ; लाभ न हो तो IPv4/IPv6 default पर लौटें।
- दूसरा ingest/server उपलब्ध हो तो test करें। परिणाम दर्ज करें; इससे route-specific समस्या का संकेत मिल सकता है।
- Dynamic Bitrate Adjustment को अस्थायी सहारा मानें। OBS congestion के समय bitrate घटा सकता है, लेकिन OBS इसे मूल कारण का समाधान नहीं मानता; कम bitrate से दृश्य गुणवत्ता घट सकती है।

Vultr के billing दस्तावेजों के अनुसार cloud resource से internet तक outbound data transfer usage में गिना जाता है; inbound transfer metered नहीं है। Vultr के cap दस्तावेज में खाते के लिए 2 TB monthly free bandwidth allocation, instance plan के allocation के अतिरिक्त, वर्णित है। यह billing allocation है—OBS के क्षणिक packet loss या dropped frames का प्रमाण नहीं।
