To combine widgets from different Streamlabs themes into one settings profile, copy each widget’s share link, open it, and select the destination theme with Use. Repeat for every widget you want to move. If you only want the widgets to appear together on stream while keeping their original settings, add each widget link as its own browser source instead.
Choose whether to merge settings or just show the widgets together
A Streamlabs Widget Theme is a profile for widget settings. Merging a widget into another theme copies that widget’s settings to the destination. Adding widget links as browser sources displays them together without consolidating their settings.

Merge widgets into one theme
- Open Streamlabs’ Widget Themes page. Choose an existing theme as the destination, or create a new theme to use as the base.
- Find the theme that contains a widget you want. Open that theme’s actions, then its chain/link panel to see the widget share links.
- Copy the link for the individual widget you want to bring over.
- Open the copied link in a new browser tab. When Streamlabs offers themes as destinations, select Use beside the theme that should receive the widget.
- Repeat these steps for each additional widget. The process copies the selected widget into the destination; it does not merge every setting from both complete themes. You can delete themes you no longer need.
Show widgets from different themes as separate browser sources
Choose this route if you want to retain each widget’s original theme settings, or use a widget from an inactive theme. Copy the share link for each widget, then add every link as its own browser source in your streaming software. Streamlabs says this method can be used for as many widgets and themes as needed.
In Streamlabs Desktop and the Streamlabs OBS Plugin, the built-in widget source uses the active theme. For a widget from an inactive theme, add its URL manually as a browser source instead. This gives you more control over which theme-specific widgets appear, but you will have multiple browser sources and URLs to manage.

Check the active theme when using Scene Collections
Streamlabs Desktop lets you associate widget themes with Scene Collections. When you switch collections, Desktop can switch to the theme associated with that collection. If a built-in widget source shows unexpected settings after a collection change, check both the collection’s theme association and which theme is active.
Use more than one custom widget
Streamlabs’ February 2026 custom-widget guidance says each theme can contain one widget of each type, including one custom widget. To use multiple custom widgets, create additional themes and add their widget URLs as separate browser sources in Streamlabs Desktop or OBS. Set each browser source’s width and height to match the intended widget dimensions.
