YouTube Studio lets you download a CSV snapshot of current channel members and view Super Chat and Super Sticker activity, but its public instructions do not document a general itemized CSV export of every payment for ordinary creator channels. For revenue reporting, use Analytics; for finalized earnings, use AdSense for YouTube.
Download the current-members CSV
- Sign in to YouTube Studio on a computer.
- Open Earn > Memberships.
- Click the download control in the upper-right corner.
- Allow a few minutes for the CSV to process. You can close the window while it runs.
YouTube describes this file as a snapshot of current-member information—not a ledger of membership charges or a list of every payment event. The Memberships area includes details such as how long someone has been a member and how many days have passed since joining, rejoining, upgrading, or downgrading. YouTube’s channel memberships help page describes the available member information and export.
View Super Chat and Super Sticker activity
- On a computer, sign in to YouTube Studio.
- In the left menu, select Earn, then open the Supers tab.
- In “Your Super Chat and Super Sticker activity,” click See all.
This is the documented Studio path for viewing available Supers transaction information. The help page does not describe a CSV download from this view. For Supers revenue reporting, YouTube points creators to Analytics > Revenue > How you make money. YouTube’s Supers help page covers the activity view and revenue reporting.
Use Analytics for transaction counts and revenue
Membership reporting
Open Analytics > Revenue in YouTube Studio. The Transactions Revenue card reports the number of transactions in the selected period, including new sign-ups or recurrences. For a more detailed membership revenue view, select How you make money > Memberships; you can choose a custom period or filter by video format. To view gifted-membership reporting, select Memberships Type.

Open Analytics > Revenue > How you make money. YouTube defines Transactions as the number of Supers transactions for the selected date range and area, and Supers revenue as estimated revenue from Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks. These are reporting metrics, not a documented itemized, downloadable payment ledger. YouTube’s revenue analytics help page explains these metrics.

Separate ordinary Studio tools from Content Manager reports
Studio Content Manager has downloadable CSV reports for partners who use that interface. Its Paid Features report includes Super Chat purchases and memberships; reports are generated automatically and remain available for 60 days. This is a restricted Content Manager workflow, not a general export route for ordinary creator channels. See YouTube’s Content Manager reports help page.
Understand estimates, adjustments, and earnings splits
Studio Analytics revenue is estimated, may take two days to appear, and can be adjusted. YouTube says finalized earnings are visible only in AdSense for YouTube; previous-month finalized earnings are generally added between the 7th and 12th of the month. An Analytics figure and a finalized earnings record therefore may differ. YouTube’s revenue analytics help page describes the timing and distinction.
As platform context, YouTube says creators receive 70% of confirmed Supers revenue after local sales tax and iOS App Store fees are deducted, and 70% of membership revenue after applicable taxes and fees. These revenue-share terms do not turn the member snapshot into a payment ledger. See the Supers help page and the memberships help page.

If you need an itemized payment export
YouTube’s public help instructions reviewed here do not document a general itemized CSV workflow for Super Chat and membership payments on ordinary creator channels. That does not establish that no account-specific control exists. Check the current Studio interface or contact Creator Support if you require an itemized ledger, and keep Analytics estimates separate from finalized AdSense earnings.
