Schedule each bhajan or aarti video separately in YouTube Studio, then add it to the playlist where viewers can find it. A playlist organizes videos; it does not schedule them to publish. For a regular morning-and-evening routine, set each upload’s release date and time, and maintain separate playlists such as “Morning Bhajans” and “Evening Aarti.”
Schedule each video for its release time
- Prepare a video file. In YouTube Studio, start an upload and select the video you want to publish. YouTube does not accept audio files alone as videos, so an audio-only bhajan must first be prepared in a supported video format. YouTube’s upload instructions cover uploading from a computer.
- Enter accurate video details. Add a title and other relevant metadata that describe the recording. Avoid implying that you own or have permission to use a recording unless that is true.
- Add the video to the right playlist. During upload, choose an existing playlist or create one—for example, “Morning Bhajans” or “Evening Aarti.” This groups the video with related content but does not change its publication time.
- Set the scheduled release. In the video’s visibility settings, choose Schedule, set the date, time, and time zone, then select Schedule again to confirm. YouTube says the video remains private until its scheduled release. See Schedule video publish time.
- Repeat for each video. Schedule every morning and evening upload individually, then review the upcoming releases in Studio to catch missing videos or incorrect times.
Choose a cadence viewers can rely on
Decide which days you can consistently publish, set the corresponding release times for each video, and tell viewers what to expect. YouTube recommends a consistent, sustainable upload schedule and use of scheduling tools; its guidance does not establish one universally best clock time for bhajans or aarti. When setting a release time, check the time zone shown in the Schedule flow. YouTube notes that the publication date displayed on the watch page is based on Pacific Standard Time, so the date viewers see there may differ from the date in Studio for a release scheduled in a time zone ahead of PST. If the displayed date matters, verify the scheduled time and resulting watch-page date rather than assuming the calendar dates will match.
Keep morning and evening playlists clear
Use ordinary playlists to organize the two collections. Give each playlist a title and description that accurately represent its contents, and review its entries when adding or removing videos. YouTube’s playlist policy can apply to the playlist as a collection, even where individual videos do not independently violate policy. Avoid misleading titles or descriptions; see YouTube’s Playlists policy.

When a series playlist is appropriate
YouTube also offers a formal series-playlist option intended to identify videos that should be viewed together. It has additional limits: the channel must be verified, each video can belong to only one series playlist, and the playlist may include only videos you created and have rights to use. For two time-of-day collections, ordinary playlists are sufficient unless you specifically want this series treatment. Details are in YouTube’s Series playlists guidance.
Decide whether you need a Premiere or a live broadcast

To set up a Premiere, use the Premiere option in YouTube’s upload workflow; see Premiere a new video. For a genuine live devotional broadcast, use YouTube’s live scheduling guidance and communicate schedule changes to viewers. YouTube also recommends promoting live events and organizing archives or highlights into playlists; see live scheduling guidance and Promote your live stream. A scheduled upload playlist is not a live broadcast.

Check rights for every recording
A religious or traditional subject does not by itself establish that a particular recording is free to use. Before uploading, check the rights status of the actual audio and video you plan to publish, including any recording made by someone else. Scheduling a video or placing it in a playlist does not grant permission to use its contents.
