Repeating one prerecorded video is a different feature
Restream separately lets users schedule one prerecorded video and repeat it up to 10 times on Marathon and Media. Its help page describes a maximum 40-hour stream for this loop, not an indefinite playlist. Restream says its service does not impose a stream-duration limit, but warns that maintenance may restart streams that run continuously for more than 24 hours and recommends restarting every 24 hours. That archive behavior is separate from keeping a channel live: a continuously running broadcast may not produce one complete YouTube archive. Rights and YouTube live-stream interruptions
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content, including other live broadcasts. If it detects a match, it may replace the stream with a placeholder, warn the creator, and interrupt or terminate the stream if the content remains. Even licensed material may be interrupted if the rights owner has not allowlisted the channel through Content ID. Review YouTube’s live-stream copyright guidance and keep permission records for every video and audio track.
