OneStream Live’s published policy says subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Canceling stops future billing, but your paid access continues until the current billing period ends. OneStream says it does not provide prorated refunds or credits for a period that has already started. It may review certain exceptions individually, but does not guarantee a refund.
Can Indian subscribers get a OneStream Live refund?
OneStream Live’s refund policy says subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including subscriptions that are active but unused or forgotten. It also says dissatisfaction without first contacting support, and cancellations made after a billing cycle has started, generally do not qualify. OneStream does not offer prorated refunds or credits for the remaining part of a billing period.
The policy does allow individual review of certain situations, including service failures, a cancellation request that was not processed, or a transaction you believe was unauthorized. Review does not guarantee a refund or any particular resolution. The published policy reviewed here does not set out a separate refund rule for Indian customers. How to cancel before your next renewal
Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next monthly or yearly charge. OneStream’s account instructions give this path:

- Sign in to OneStream Live and open your profile avatar.
- Select Account Settings, then open Billing.
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
After confirming, check the account billing page for the current subscription status and renewal details. OneStream’s cancellation instructions were last updated September 2, 2026; labels or account screens may change. See OneStream Live’s cancellation instructions.
What happens to access after cancellation?
Cancellation does not end paid access immediately. You retain access through the end of the current billing period; after it ends, OneStream’s pricing FAQ says the account moves to the free plan. Cancellation therefore stops a future renewal rather than refunding the unused portion of the current period. Check your billing page for the end date attached to your subscription.

How to ask OneStream Live to review a refund request
If you believe your situation merits an exception, email [email protected]. Include the email address on your OneStream account, explain what happened, and attach relevant supporting material, such as an invoice, screenshots, or evidence of an earlier cancellation request. OneStream says eligible cases are reviewed individually and may receive a refund or another resolution; the outcome is not assured.
If you suspect an unauthorized charge
Contact OneStream support and notify your bank or payment provider promptly. OneStream’s policy specifically directs customers who believe a payment was unauthorized to contact both.

Cancel or pause: which fits a temporary break?

What the India payment guide does—and does not—say
OneStream Live’s India purchase guide tells customers to choose UPI as the preferred payment method and complete the purchase in their account. That is payment guidance, not a separate refund promise: the refund policy reviewed does not specify an India-only refund entitlement. The available official guidance also does not explain whether every Indian account uses the same payment route, whether a UPI mandate must be canceled in a bank app, or how quickly a payment provider handles a reversal. Keep a clear record of the request
- Save the cancellation confirmation and note the renewal date shown in your account.
- For a refund review, retain the relevant invoice, screenshots, and any prior support or cancellation messages.
- If the issue involves an unauthorized transaction, keep records of your contact with OneStream and your bank or payment provider.
