For a PC-based 4K60 YouTube stream under ₹50,000, the Zotac GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is a defensible pick if you can confirm the exact card is in stock at or below budget. NVIDIA’s OBS guidance recommends Hardware (NVENC, AV1) for YouTube on an RTX 40 Series GPU. That makes the card a practical fit for an SDR AV1 stream, but the available evidence does not prove it has better image quality or encoding performance than every competing GPU.
A graphics card is only one part of a 4K60 broadcast. Your source video, streaming software, PC workload, YouTube settings and stable upload connection must also support the target. YouTube recommends a 35 Mbps video bitrate for AV1 or H.265 at 4K/2160p60, or 50 Mbps for H.264.
Which card is the best fit under ₹50,000?
The Zotac GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is the clearest evidence-backed recommendation for a PC that will encode a YouTube stream in AV1. The key fit is documented software support: NVIDIA’s OBS guidance says to select Hardware (NVENC, AV1) for YouTube when using an RTX 40 Series GPU. A GPU PRIX comparison updated October 3, 2026 listed an RTX 4060 Ti 8GB at ₹49,990 on Amazon India.
That is a dated listing, not a guaranteed price or confirmation that a particular Zotac SKU is currently available. PcPaisa’s tracker, accessed October 3, 2026, showed Zotac RTX 4060 Ti 8GB variants at ₹50,000 through a retailer. Check the exact model, stock, delivery charge and final checkout total before treating it as within budget.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
This recommendation is about a documented codec path and a comparison listing, not a head-to-head encoder test. Gaming benchmarks alone cannot establish which card produces the better live encode.
How does the RX 9060 XT compare?
The Radeon RX 9060 XT 8GB is another price-compatible candidate. The GPU PRIX comparison listed it at ₹47,950, while PcPaisa showed a PowerColor RX 9060 XT 8GB at ₹44,900 on October 3, 2026. Those are comparison snapshots; confirm the exact model and current delivered price.

What YouTube requires for a 4K60 live stream
YouTube Help lists RTMP/RTMPS ingest, H.264, H.265/HEVC and AV1 video, and frame rates up to 60 fps. It recommends CBR and a two-second keyframe frequency, which should not exceed four seconds. YouTube says: “We recommend streaming to YouTube Live with RTMPS, a secure extension to the popular RTMP video streaming protocol.”

|---|---|---|
| AV1 | 35 Mbps | A relevant SDR option on an RTX 40 Series card when the streaming software offers NVENC AV1. |
| H.265/HEVC | 35 Mbps | YouTube recommends this codec for HDR in its documented settings. |
| H.264 | 50 Mbps | Requires more upload capacity than the recommended AV1 or H.265 video bitrate. |
These are YouTube Help recommendations; the page does not state a publication year. The bitrate figures refer to video. Allow additional upload headroom for audio and network variation rather than assuming a connection that barely reaches the video bitrate will remain stable.
SDR and HDR are not interchangeable
For SDR, YouTube specifies Rec. 709 and 8-bit video. AV1 is a potential 4K60 choice for SDR when supported by the GPU and software. For HDR, YouTube’s documented settings do not support AV1 and recommend H.265/HEVC instead. Decide whether the stream is SDR or HDR before selecting a codec; do not choose AV1 for an HDR workflow on the basis of the SDR recommendation.

What “playlist” means for this graphics-card decision
If “playlist” means a continuous sequence of pre-recorded videos sent to YouTube as a live stream, the GPU recommendation applies only when a PC and streaming software are encoding and sending that stream. The cited evidence covers encoding settings, not playlist scheduling, unattended broadcasting or a specific playlist workflow. A card cannot make an unsupported source file, inadequate PC workload capacity or unstable upload connection produce a reliable 4K60 stream.
If you mean a playlist of content that you will play manually during a live broadcast, the same encoding requirements apply to the outgoing stream. In either case, confirm that your software can select the intended codec and that YouTube receives the resolution and frame rate you expect.

Or let it run in the cloud
If the goal is a pre-recorded playlist that stays live on YouTube, a graphics card is not the only route: StreamNeo runs uploaded videos from the cloud. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, then go live. It plays uploaded video rather than broadcasting a camera, and it streams to YouTube only.

- Check the final local price and stock for the exact card SKU; dated comparison listings can change and may not include delivery charges.
- Confirm your case clearance, power supply capacity and connectors against the specific card manufacturer’s specifications.
- Check that your streaming software offers the codec and hardware encoder you intend to use.
- Match the YouTube configuration to the content: 4K/2160p60, CBR, two-second keyframes (no more than four seconds), and the appropriate SDR or HDR codec and color settings.
- Check that your upload connection can sustain the chosen bitrate with headroom, and avoid overloading the PC with simultaneous gaming, rendering or other GPU-heavy work.
- Do not use gaming performance as a substitute for encoder testing. No like-for-like RTX 4060 Ti versus RX 9060 XT live-encoding test is established here.
Troubleshooting a 4K60 stream
YouTube reports an unstable or insufficient connection
The GPU does not fix upload problems. Compare available upload capacity with the recommended video bitrate—35 Mbps for AV1/H.265 or 50 Mbps for H.264 at 4K60—and allow room for audio and fluctuations. If the connection cannot sustain the target, reduce the stream bitrate or resolution until the connection is stable.
The stream does not use AV1
Confirm the GPU is an RTX 40 Series model, then check the streaming software’s encoder menu and select Hardware (NVENC, AV1) where available. The NVIDIA guidance cited here is for OBS and YouTube; it does not establish that every software version or configuration exposes the same option.

HDR is unavailable or the codec choice seems wrong
Check whether the source and output are HDR. YouTube’s documented settings recommend H.265/HEVC for HDR and do not support AV1 for HDR; AV1 is relevant to the documented SDR case.
The card exceeds the budget at checkout
Prices differ across comparison sites, retailers, SKUs and delivery locations. Recheck the final total and stock. The October 3, 2026 listings cited here are snapshots, and a Zotac RTX 4060 Ti listing was not consistently shown below ₹50,000 across the two price sources.
