YouTube’s documented workflow schedules individual videos—not a whole playlist as one unit—so repeat the upload and scheduling steps for every video and channel.
Schedule a video into a playlist on a YouTube channel
- Switch to the channel you want to use. Sign in to YouTube, select your profile picture, choose Switch account, then select the channel. Check its displayed name and icon before uploading. One Google Account can manage up to 100 channels, but YouTube says you use one channel at a time. YouTube Help: Manage your YouTube channel
- Open the upload flow. In YouTube Studio, select Create and then Upload videos. Choose the video file and enter its details. YouTube Help: Upload videos
- Add the video to a playlist. In the upload details, choose an existing playlist or create a new one. The playlist selection associates the video with that playlist; it does not schedule the playlist itself.
- Set the publication time. At the visibility step, choose the Schedule card. Choose the date, time, and time zone, then select Schedule. YouTube’s scheduled publishing makes a private video public at the selected time. YouTube Help: Schedule video publish time
Repeat the process for each channel and video
For another channel, switch accounts again and verify the name and icon before starting its upload. Then repeat the playlist and schedule steps. If a playlist contains several videos that should publish at different times, schedule each video separately.
YouTube’s official help pages describe adding an uploaded video to a playlist and scheduling that video. They do not describe a control for scheduling an entire playlist as one item. The reviewed documentation also does not establish whether every third-party scheduling integration is available in India, so the native Studio workflow is the supported route described here.
Change a scheduled time
- In YouTube Studio, open Content and select the scheduled video.
- Edit its Visibility settings and choose a new schedule time. YouTube’s instructions say the video must be set to Private while changing the scheduled publication.
- Save or schedule the revised time and confirm the intended date, time, and time zone.

Choose the right channel access method
One Google Account and channel switching
If you manage the channels yourself, switch to the appropriate channel before each upload. Because only one channel is active at a time, checking its name and icon is an important safeguard against scheduling under the wrong identity. YouTube documents a limit of up to 100 channels managed from one Google Account; the cited help page does not state a publication year for that limit.
Delegated channel permissions
If another person needs to upload and publish, use YouTube channel permissions and give them an appropriate role rather than sharing Google Account credentials. YouTube lists Editors as able to upload and publish content, while also noting that some actions are unavailable to delegates. Check the role’s current access before depending on a particular task. Content Manager is for eligible partners
YouTube Studio Content Manager supports linked-channel and some individual or bulk video operations, but YouTube describes it as a feature for partners who use Content Manager. It is not a general alternative available to every creator. YouTube Help: Content Manager
Set the time zone with India’s calendar date in mind
The schedule flow lets you choose a time zone. YouTube says the watch-page “Published on” date is based on Pacific Standard Time, so it can differ from the date shown in Studio when you publish from a time zone ahead of PST. If a particular India calendar date matters, distinguish the scheduled time you choose in Studio from the date viewers may see on the watch page. YouTube Help: Schedule video publish time

Your channel’s country or region is a separate setting in YouTube Studio under Settings → Channel. YouTube says the selected country or region affects YouTube Partner Program eligibility; its cited guidance does not specify a different scheduling workflow for India.
