A failed LiveReacting payment does not tell you whether a YouTube stream already on your calendar will still run. LiveReacting’s published help does not specify whether a failed charge cancels, pauses, or leaves an existing scheduled broadcast untouched. Sign in to the LiveReacting billing account, check the project in Broadcasts, and contact LiveReacting support if its status or access is unclear. If the YouTube event still exists, LiveReacting documents how to connect a project to it.
First, check which service had the failed payment
LiveReacting billing and YouTube paid-service billing are separate. If the failed charge is for your LiveReacting subscription, use LiveReacting’s account and support routes below. YouTube’s instructions for declined payments apply to YouTube paid memberships and other YouTube paid services—not to LiveReacting charges. For a YouTube paid-service payment, check the alerts or transactions in Google Payments and update the payment method as YouTube directs: YouTube: Fix a declined payment and update your payment method.
Update your LiveReacting payment method
- Sign in using the purchase email. Open LiveReacting’s billing account page with the same email address used when you purchased the subscription. LiveReacting says payment details and invoices are available there: Where do I find my invoices or change/update payment method?
- Review or edit the payment information. Check the payment method and account information shown for the subscription. The published help does not specify an automatic retry timetable for a failed LiveReacting charge, so do not assume a retry will happen at a particular time.
- If you cannot find the account or purchase, contact LiveReacting. Use LiveReacting support rather than trying a different account email and assuming it is linked to the subscription.
Check whether the YouTube stream is still scheduled
- In LiveReacting, open Broadcasts and inspect the affected project.
- Check the project page for the red SCHEDULED button. LiveReacting identifies this as the indicator that a project is scheduled. For multiple destinations, its help also says you can inspect destination status in Broadcasts: How to make sure that my video is scheduled?
- If you have several scheduled dates, check each affected entry; do not infer that every occurrence has the same status from a single listing.
A scheduled indicator confirms the displayed schedule state; it does not explain the failed charge or guarantee that the broadcast will launch. LiveReacting’s published billing and scheduling help does not establish whether a failed subscription payment cancels, pauses, or preserves an existing YouTube schedule. If the project is missing, the status is unclear, or subscription access is affected, ask LiveReacting support for an account-specific answer before relying on the stream.
Connect LiveReacting to an existing YouTube event
If the YouTube event is already scheduled and still exists, LiveReacting documents a way to connect the project to that event. This is useful when you need to use the existing YouTube announcement rather than create a new event.

- Open the LiveReacting project and connect the YouTube channel.
- Open Advanced Settings.
- Select Connect to existing stream.
- Choose the scheduled YouTube event. LiveReacting says event details such as the title and description are pulled from the channel.
See LiveReacting’s instructions for connecting to an existing scheduled Facebook or YouTube live and its live-stream settings configuration. Confirm the correct event before proceeding, especially if the channel has more than one scheduled broadcast.
If the payment is fixed but the subscription or schedule is still unclear
LiveReacting’s help for a purchased subscription that has not activated directs users to contact the company by live chat or email: I made a purchase but my subscription is still not activated. When you contact support, identify the purchase email, the affected project, and the scheduled YouTube event so they can address the billing and schedule together.

For repeat or multi-date schedules, verify every entry before changing anything
LiveReacting documents individual cancellation from Broadcasts and project-level cancellation for advanced schedules. Its help also says changes to some repeat schedules may need to be applied to all scheduled streams. Because canceling or editing a repeat schedule can affect more than one occurrence, first verify which entries remain active and ask support if the scope of a change is uncertain. LiveReacting’s scheduling help states that ordinary YouTube streams can be scheduled up to two weeks ahead, while its advanced scheduling help describes multi-date or repeat streams up to four weeks ahead. These are limits stated in those help pages; check the current interface for availability before planning around them.
