First check which player is out of order. If it is Talk Studio’s Background Audio player, select all intended tracks together, then check the queue and its repeat or shuffle setting. If the playlist is playing on YouTube itself, Talk Studio’s audio-queue instructions do not establish a YouTube playlist fix.
Fix the order in Talk Studio Background Audio
Talk Studio’s documented Background Audio workflow uses audio files selected from your computer. A common cause of an incomplete queue is adding tracks in separate selections: Streamlabs says a later selection replaces the earlier one rather than appending to it.
- Open the audio panel: In the Talk Studio editor, choose Share > Background Audio.
- Select the complete set together: In the file picker, highlight every intended track in one selection, then open them. Do not select one track, return to the picker, and select another expecting it to be added to the first.
- Inspect the queue: Open the player’s Queue and check that the displayed tracks appear in the intended order. With multiple selected files, the player provides previous- and next-track controls.
- Check repeat and shuffle: Turn off shuffle if you want the tracks to proceed in sequence. Check repeat as well: Streamlabs documents that one selected track loops automatically, while a multiple-file queue can be repeated or shuffled.
These steps address the documented local-file queue. The support instructions do not identify a playlist-order bug or document a special reset procedure, so avoid relying on an undocumented reset as a confirmed repair.
Make sure the playlist is in the player you are troubleshooting
Ask: “Where do I see the playlist and its play controls?” If they are in Talk Studio’s Background Audio player, follow the local queue steps above. If they are on youtube.com or in the YouTube app, you are troubleshooting YouTube playback, not Talk Studio’s local audio queue.

Streamlabs’ YouTube guidance covers connecting a YouTube account as a live-stream destination and preparing a stream; its destination troubleshooting guidance concerns prerequisites for going live. Neither explains how to change the order of a playlist in the YouTube player. For a YouTube-side issue, check the current playback controls in the app or site you are using and gather the playlist, device or browser, and shuffle-state details before seeking YouTube-specific help.
If the Talk Studio queue still looks wrong
Before contacting Talk Studio support, record the selected filenames, the order shown in Queue, and whether repeat or shuffle is enabled. That information helps distinguish a selection problem from playback behavior. The published instructions do not establish another queue-repair step.
