If your meditation stream keeps buffering or disconnecting on BSNL broadband, first check whether the problem is the streaming app or device, your Wi-Fi, or the broadband connection itself. Test another device and, if possible, compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet; those checks help narrow the cause before you contact BSNL.
First identify what is disconnecting
A buffering picture alone does not prove that the BSNL line is at fault. Streaming problems can also come from a device or app, the Wi-Fi link, or other household internet use. Netflix makes the same distinction in its guidance: buffering on Netflix can reflect a weak or unstable connection or a device issue, but that is not a diagnosis of a different meditation service. - When the interruption happens, note the time and how long it lasts.
- Check whether other websites or apps stop working at the same time.
- If available, try the meditation stream on another device.
- Note whether other devices in the home also lose internet.
If only one app or device has trouble while other services and devices stay connected, start with that app or device. If multiple devices are affected, continue with the network checks below. This comparison helps isolate the problem; it cannot by itself prove where a fault lies.
Separate a Wi-Fi problem from a broadband problem
Try a closer Wi-Fi connection
Move the streaming device closer to the router and test again. Keep the router in an open, elevated location and away from nearby wireless devices or appliances where practical. If the connection improves close to the router, that points toward the local wireless path, but it does not distinguish among interference, placement, router hardware, and the device’s Wi-Fi.

Compare with Ethernet
If the streaming device has an Ethernet port, connect it directly to the router and compare the result with Wi-Fi. A wired connection that stays stable while Wi-Fi drops suggests the problem is on the local wireless path, not necessarily the BSNL line. Use a cable whose rated speed is not below the speed you expect from your internet plan; the device and router ports also limit the connection. An Ethernet cable is a diagnostic option, not a repair for a provider-side fault. Netflix recommends telling the ISP whether the affected device connects by Wi-Fi or cable. Restart the equipment, then retest
- Turn off the streaming device.
- Disconnect power from the modem and router. Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the network equipment and allow it time to come online.
- Restart the streaming device and try the meditation stream again.
The 30-second interval is the sequence described in Netflix’s general troubleshooting guidance. Google’s instructions for its modem context specify unplugging for two minutes, so follow the documentation for your particular equipment or BSNL’s instructions if they differ. Do not factory-reset the ONT or router or change provider credentials as a generic first fix; the available guidance does not establish those as safe BSNL-wide remedies. Check household activity and stream quality
Pause large downloads or other heavy internet use temporarily and see whether interruptions stop. Simultaneous TV streaming, downloads, and gaming can compete for bandwidth, according to Google’s troubleshooting guidance. A speed test taken during a problem can be useful evidence, but one result does not establish the cause of an intermittent disconnect.
Netflix’s Help Center lists these recommended speeds for Netflix video. They are not verified minimums for the meditation service in this title, and the page does not state a publication year:

When and how to report it to BSNL
Contact BSNL if several devices lose internet, or if disconnections continue during a wired test after a restart. BSNL lists 1800-4444 for Bharat Fiber/Landline support and provides an online technical complaint form with a “Bharat Fiber Voice and Broadband” service option. Support handling can vary by circle and by whether your service is fiber, DSL, or AirFibre.
- Write down the dates and times of interruptions and how long each lasted.
- Say which devices and apps were affected, and whether other internet services failed too.
- Report whether Wi-Fi and Ethernet behaved differently.
- Include any speed-test results you recorded and the router or ONT indicators you observed. Do not assume a light’s meaning without the equipment documentation or BSNL’s guidance.
Use BSNL’s contact page or submit the technical complaint form. For a BharatNet connection, its customer support page also advises contacting your preferred provider for technical support. Avoid guessing at line-light meanings, PPPoE credentials, DNS changes, or local outage status: those details depend on your equipment and service.
