Open Missions from the main menu in Creatures of Sonaria. Use Creatures to check creature-specific mission progress, Regions for biome tasks, and the other tabs—Event, Timed and Gachas—for their respective rewards. The game’s missions include creature unlocks, rotating daily, weekly and monthly objectives, limited missions, event rewards and permanent subspecies missions.
There is an important limit to any complete creature-by-creature checklist: the unofficial fan wiki’s mission-system page, updated September 28, 2026, points to a separate page for individual public and secret creature requirements, but those requirements are not established here. Check the live Creatures menu for each target rather than relying on an unverified list. The task patterns and rotations below reflect that wiki’s documentation checked October 3, 2026; availability can change in game.
How to find a creature’s mission
- Open the game’s main menu and select Missions.
- Choose Creatures to view creature mission progress. Secret Mission creatures may have obscured icons.
- Select the creature or mission in the live menu and read its listed requirements. Complete those tasks, then claim the reward if the menu offers a claim button.
Creature Reward missions are dedicated task series that unlock one species at a time. After you complete and actively claim a series, it resets to not started after 12 hours. The system page does not provide a verified creature-by-creature task list, so it cannot establish the individual requirements for every permanent public or secret mission creature.
Regional missions: repeat biome tasks for Shooms
Choose Regions to see objectives grouped by biome. For Main Realm land biomes and their Hardcore Realm equivalents, complete all six tasks in a set to earn 4 Shooms. That biome’s set then has a five-minute cooldown.

- Eat or drink 50 units of food or water.
- Roll in mud three times.
- Attack or heal another player or an NPC five times.
- Sniff out food five times.
- Survive for 150 seconds.
- Travel 2,500 studs in the region.
Underwater biomes use the same set except that they omit the mud task. Aquatic Realm biome missions mirror the land tasks, with sandy mud in place of mud.
What can block a regional task?
- Your creature’s diet can prevent it from doing an eating or drinking objective. The wiki specifically notes that Photovores cannot complete the eating task and Photocarnivores cannot complete the drinking task.
- Mobility type does not by itself prevent a creature from completing regional missions.
- Damaging or healing breath and certain abilities can count toward the attack-or-heal objective, according to the wiki.
Timed missions and their reset schedules
Timed rewards are separate from creature-specific task series. Their listed cadence matters because rotating rewards can reset progress.

Daily missions
The standard Daily Mission asks you to complete 10 regional tasks and survive for 30 minutes as any creature. Listed rewards include palettes or tokens. The wiki lists the daily rotation at 13:00 UTC.
The Aquatic Daily Mission asks you to complete 10 aquatic regional tasks, discover three unique sea creatures in Aquatic Realm, and interact with three hazard types there. Listed rewards also include the Oceanic Signature Look.

Weekly missions
The standard Weekly Mission requires five gacha spins, growing a Medium-sized or larger creature to adult five times without growth tokens, and completing three Daily Missions. Listed rewards include plushies or tokens.
The Aquatic Weekly Mission requires five sea-gacha spins in Aquatic Realm, growing a Tiny or Small creature to adult there five times without growth tokens, and completing three Aquatic Daily Missions. The wiki lists weekly rotations for Fridays at 13:00 UTC and says progress is lost when the reward rotates.

Monthly creature mission
The shared monthly checklist is to log in on at least 10 days, nest or be nested 50 times, find 10 Explorer Tokens, and complete two Weekly Missions. The wiki’s October 2026 listing names Liskwyrm and Zarrax as the month’s creature choices; it says players choose between the listed options in the Monthly Mission menu. Treat that pair as a dated listing, not a guarantee of what is currently selectable: check the live menu.
The wiki says there is no in-game timer for this mission. Creature rewards cycle on the Friday update after month-end, and progress resets when the reward changes.

Monthly pack missions
Monthly pack missions are separate from the shared monthly creature checklist. The wiki documents possible objectives such as killing 20 creatures as a particular mobility type while in a pack, building 50 den buildables, completing the Daily Mission 10 times in a pack, nesting 40 players in a pack, or donating 7,500 food to a Warden shrine. It does not establish which of those tasks belongs to each current month, so use the active menu for the current objective.

Gacha, event and subspecies missions
Gacha missions
The wiki identifies Session, Boosted and Master tokens as rewards available through Gacha missions. The system page does not state the exact requirements for earning each token. It does say there is no cooldown between claiming another token after claiming one.
Event missions
Event missions appear in the Missions window during events and relate to that event’s creatures or items. Requirements depend on the event, so consult its active mission entry rather than assuming a permanent checklist.

Sub-Species Missions are described as permanent missions that unlock alternate forms of a creature. Requirements are specific to the relevant subspecies; they are not the same as unlocking a base species through a Creature Reward mission.

- Unlock a particular species: open Creatures and inspect that creature’s current task list.
- Earn repeatable regional rewards: open Regions and complete the set for the biome you are in.
- Work toward a rotating reward: check Timed for daily, weekly or monthly objectives and note the listed reset.
- Unlock an alternate form: look for the creature’s Sub-Species Mission.
- Check whether an event or limited reward is obtainable: confirm the mission is currently present in the in-game menu before pursuing its requirements.
