Yes. OneStream Live documents a way to schedule a 24/7 YouTube stream using videos stored in Dropbox. Why Dropbox playback does not itself make a YouTube livestream
Dropbox can play or preview supported audio and video files stored there. That playback feature stays within Dropbox: it does not configure a YouTube broadcast or send a live feed to YouTube. Dropbox also notes that playback or preview can depend on file format and account context.

YouTube’s encoder workflow is separate. You configure the YouTube Live server URL and stream key in an encoder, which sends the stream to YouTube. A cloud-storage import feature, such as the one OneStream documents, provides a way to use Dropbox files in a streaming workflow; Dropbox alone does not.

Other ways to run prerecorded video continuously on YouTube
YouTube’s encoder guidance names Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 prerecorded-video streams. That listing establishes the general use case, but it does not establish that Gyre imports videos directly from Dropbox. Confirm Dropbox compatibility with a provider before choosing it if direct cloud-storage import is essential.

For a general encoder workflow, YouTube says to configure its Live server URL and stream key in the encoder. First-time live streaming enablement may take up to 24 hours, according to YouTube Help, so enable access in advance rather than waiting until the planned start time. Check these points before scheduling
- Plan eligibility: OneStream Live says its 24/7 feature requires Enterprise.
- Duration: OneStream Live states that a scheduled 24/7 stream can run for up to 30 days.
- Content rights: Make sure you have the right to broadcast every video. The cited service and platform help pages do not determine whether you have permission for particular content.
- Video compatibility: Dropbox playback support does not establish that every Dropbox file is accepted by a streaming service. Check the service’s supported formats and any upload or processing requirements.
- First-time YouTube access: YouTube says enabling live streaming for the first time can take up to 24 hours.
- Archiving: YouTube’s encoder guidance says automatic archive eligibility applies to streams under 12 hours. A scheduled stream of longer duration should not be assumed to receive an automatic archive.
Common problems and what to check
The Dropbox file plays there, but does not appear in the streaming service
Dropbox’s ability to preview a file does not guarantee that another service can import it. Confirm that Dropbox is connected to the streaming service, that the selected file format is supported, and that you are choosing the cloud-storage import option rather than Dropbox playback.

The broadcast does not start on YouTube
Check that you selected the intended YouTube channel and that the service has the correct live-stream configuration. For an encoder-based setup, verify the YouTube Live server URL and stream key in the encoder. Do not share the stream key publicly; if it is exposed, replace it in YouTube and update the encoder.
Live streaming is not enabled yet
If this is the channel’s first live stream, enable live streaming in YouTube and allow up to 24 hours for access, as YouTube Help specifies. A scheduled start cannot bypass that platform requirement.

The scheduled run exceeds the service limit
OneStream Live states a maximum of 30 days for a scheduled 24/7 stream. Shorten the schedule to fit that limit and confirm the service’s current scheduling rules before planning a longer run.
A long stream is not automatically archived
YouTube’s encoder guidance gives an under-12-hour limit for automatic archive eligibility. Plan your own recording or archiving approach if you need a copy of a longer broadcast.
