It depends on what you mean by “IRL Pro YouTube loop.” A regular YouTube playlist can repeat its videos, but IRL Pro is a broadcast app—not a documented playlist editor. If you mean an always-on live stream of prerecorded videos, that is a separate service workflow. These options do different things, so first identify which one you are using.
Which kind of loop do you mean?

YouTube documents controls for repeating a playlist and for repeating an individual video within a playlist, but those controls repeat content; they do not add a video to the playlist. YouTube Help explains playlist and video repeat controls. IRL Pro describes itself as an app for sending a broadcast to YouTube and other destinations, not as a playlist editor: IRL Pro.
If you mean a regular YouTube playlist
Add the video to the playlist using YouTube’s playlist controls, then play the playlist and enable Loop. YouTube Help describes repeating the playlist, as well as repeating one video within it. The available source does not establish exact screen-by-screen labels for adding a video on every device, so the controls may differ between YouTube’s app, website, and interface versions.
If you mean a livestream sent through IRL Pro
IRL Pro’s outgoing connection is for choosing and configuring a broadcast destination. It is not documented as a way to insert videos into a YouTube playlist. A third-party setup guide describes preparing or selecting a live stream in YouTube Studio, then saving the RTMP URL and stream key as an outgoing IRL Pro connection. That configures where a broadcast goes; it does not make playlist items or turn a YouTube playlist into a live stream.

For a setup walkthrough, see the third-party IRL Pro YouTube streaming guide. Treat its connection steps as that guide’s workflow, not official IRL Pro support instructions. Keep your stream key private: anyone who obtains it may be able to send a broadcast to your live stream. If it is exposed, replace it in YouTube Studio and update the saved connection.
If you mean a 24/7 stream of prerecorded videos
That is different from both YouTube playlist looping and an IRL Pro broadcast connection. FizzyPeak documents a separate 24/7 Loop feature with a VOD loop and a video playlist mode. Its documentation does not establish that arbitrary YouTube URLs can be added or provide complete steps for changing an existing loop.
