How to romance Doug and get the Love ending
Doug’s character is associated with existential dread, and his story includes a failed attempt to entertain people with a yo-yo story, according to the official wiki’s search-result summary. That summary also says players may ask him about his ex, Hope, and possibly enter a new relationship. The Doug and Characters wiki pages could not be opened, so further details about that story and its route are not established here.
The third-party walkthrough describes Doug’s conversations as philosophical sparring, followed by a Sudoku challenge that he dictates rather than showing as a grid. Its general recommendation is to engage seriously, push back thoughtfully, and respond with empathy if his defensive manner softens.
