A cross-store tracker can make discovery easier, but treat its alerts as a convenience and confirm important dates with the platform selling the game.
Start with the storefront for each platform you use
Official store pages are the best place in this guide to confirm that a game is listed for a particular platform. They also show the date or release window currently attached to that listing. Pages are live and can change; the pages reviewed here were Steam and US Nintendo and PlayStation pages on October 3, 2026.
PC: Steam Upcoming Releases
Use Steam’s Upcoming Releases to browse PC games expected to launch on Steam. Listings may show an exact date or a broader release window, so do not interpret a month or other window as a confirmed launch day.
Nintendo: Coming soon
Nintendo of America’s Coming soon page covers upcoming games for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch in the US store. Nintendo says you can use the heart icon to add a game to your Wish List if you are not ready to decide, or preorder a digital game to preload it and play when it releases. Preordering is optional; wishlisting is the lower-commitment way to keep a title handy.

PlayStation: upcoming PS5 games
PlayStation’s US PS5 games page includes a “Pre-order and wishlist upcoming PS5 games” section. Some entries may be marked TBA rather than given a firm date, so a listing does not necessarily tell you when the game will launch.
Save games and make checking a routine
- Browse each relevant official upcoming-games page. Check the store for every platform you care about; a game’s appearance on one storefront does not confirm its availability or date on another.
- Add candidates to that store’s wishlist. This keeps titles together for later reference without committing to a purchase. On Nintendo’s US page, the heart icon adds a game to the Wish List.
- Review saved titles periodically. Revisit each listing when you are deciding what to play or buy. A broad window or TBA is less useful for calendar planning than a specific date, and either can change as listings are updated.
- Verify before acting. Before preordering or arranging release-day plans, open the official listing for the intended platform and region and check its current date and preorder status.
Use a cross-store tracker as a discovery aid

The Nintendo and PlayStation pages cited here are US pages. Store listings, dates, and preorder status can differ by region, and all reviewed storefront pages are live. If you shop outside the US, use your local store rather than assuming the US listing applies.
