The available guide confirms Electro as a version 3.5 addition, but does not establish the quest, chapter, or Union Level needed to unlock it on an individual account. Check the unlock prompt in your current game; once Electro is available, choose Rover’s attribute from the in-game menus and verify the displayed form and skills.
How to unlock Electro Rover
Rover has multiple selectable Resonance Attributes. A September 2026 guide updated for version 3.6 lists Spectro, Havoc, Aero, and Electro, with Spectro as the starting form. It records Electro as a version 3.5 addition, while a separate roster entry dates its debut to July 10, 2026. Those details establish release history, not the unlock condition for your account. WuWa Field Guide’s Rover forms guide does not specify Electro’s exact quest, chapter, Union Level, or acquisition sequence; its Electro Rover roster entry identifies the form as a five-star Electro Sword user.
- Open the current game and inspect Rover’s available Resonance Attributes in the menus.
- If Electro is marked as locked, read the requirement shown in the game and follow that instruction. The published guide does not verify a specific prerequisite, so do not assume that a quest, level, event, weapon, or Echo set is required.
- When Electro is available, select it, then check the displayed attribute and skill descriptions to confirm the selection.
Do not use another form’s requirement as a substitute: the guide’s Chapter 1 Act VI and Union Level 21 details concern Havoc Rover, not Electro.
How to switch Rover’s Resonance Attribute
Attribute selection is a preparation choice made through the game’s menus, not a combat switch. The guide supports choosing an unlocked Rover form in the menus, but does not document a complete screen-by-screen route or platform-specific button prompts. Menu names and controls may change, so use the labels currently shown in your game rather than relying on an assumed path.

- If Electro appears as an option: select it and verify that Rover’s displayed attribute and skill descriptions update.
- If Electro is locked: use the in-game prompt to identify the account requirement; the available guide does not establish that requirement.
- If the selection is unclear: re-open Rover’s available forms and confirm the selected attribute before continuing.
Does switching Resonators in combat change Rover’s attribute?
No. In combat, switching Resonators means changing to another party member; it does not select a different Rover form. Kuro Games’ combat-system notes distinguish Resonance Energy, which is used for Resonance Liberation, from Concerto Energy. The notes say that switching to another Resonator when Concerto Energy is full triggers that Resonator’s Concerto Effect. That combat mechanic is separate from choosing Rover’s Resonance Attribute in the menus.

Rover’s attributes are forms of the same character slot, not separate playable characters that can be placed together in one party. Weapons and Echoes are build equipment, not unlock prerequisites. An unofficial WuwaBuild Electro Rover guide describes the form as support-oriented and recommends equipment, but those build suggestions do not establish how to unlock or select Electro.
