If Revelations is missing from DOOM: The Dark Ages, first check whether your edition includes the DLC and whether the store recognizes your ownership. If campaign progress is blocked, try the map recovery steps; if an achievement or trophy is missing, troubleshoot its requirements and platform sync separately. These are different problems, so identify which screen or progress indicator is affected before changing anything.
If the Revelations campaign does not appear
Start with the edition and storefront used to buy the game. Bethesda says the Premium Edition and Collectors Bundle include Revelations at no additional cost. Players with the base game need the standalone DLC or an edition upgrade. Check your platform’s store or library to confirm the relevant entitlement is recognized and that the DLC is installed or available to download.
Bethesda Support says it resolved a Revelations entitlement issue for the Premium Edition on Steam: eligible users should now be able to access the campaign. That statement applies specifically to Steam; it does not establish a universal store-sync fix for every platform. If you own an eligible edition but the storefront still does not recognize it, contact Bethesda Support or the platform’s support team.
Bethesda’s June 7, 2026 announcement listed the standalone add-on at USD $19.99 and the Premium Edition upgrade at USD $34.99 for the July 7, 2026 launch. Those are announced prices, not a guarantee of what each storefront currently charges.

If campaign progress is blocked on the map
A blocked route may be easy to miss. Search the area carefully, including higher platforms and climbable walls; progression may require running and jumping to a route above you. Bethesda’s map-progression guidance recommends restarting if the route search does not resolve the blockage.
- Open the Pause menu and choose Restart Map From Checkpoint.
- If restarting from the checkpoint does not help, open the Pause menu and choose Restart Map From Beginning.
Restarting from the beginning may cost unsaved map progress. Bethesda does not specify precisely what state is retained, so do not assume that all recent progress will carry over.

If an achievement or trophy is not tracking
First check the exact requirements for the particular achievement or trophy and confirm that each condition has been met. Bethesda notes that network or connection problems can delay an unlock appearing in the platform’s list.
- Sign out of the Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation account associated with the game.
- Reboot the PC or console.
- Sign back in and check the achievement or trophy list again.
If the requirements are definitely complete and refreshing the account does not help, Bethesda says you may need to repeat the steps that trigger the unlock. Bethesda Support cannot directly unlock achievements; for a persistent platform-list or synchronization problem, contact Bethesda Support or the relevant platform support team: Microsoft/Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation.

If the campaign completion percentage looks wrong
Bethesda documented a past issue in which weapons and upgrades could disappear and prior chapters could incorrectly show 25% completion. The company said that issue was resolved in an update on June 6, 2025. This explains older reports; it does not establish that a current Revelations progress-tracking bug exists.
Make sure the game is updated. If the displayed percentage still seems wrong, note your platform, chapter, and the percentage shown, then submit a support request to Bethesda with those details.

Identify which kind of progress is missing

Bethesda announced that Revelations and the Ripatorium 3.0 update would launch on July 7, 2026. Its announcement is useful for launch context, but the troubleshooting steps above address the distinct access and progress symptoms.
