The Fisch Cursed Event is over. It was a time-limited community fishing event in March 2025, not a staged combat quest. During the event, Brother Silas near Moosewood’s docks teleported players to the Cults Curse room, where catches across public and private servers counted toward shared reward milestones. Current third-party wiki pages list Silas as unavailable, though the Cursed Storm Totem is separately reported as obtainable through in-game shops.
What was the Fisch Cursed Event?
The Cursed Event, also called Cults Curse, was a community-wide fishing event reported to have run from March 22–29, 2025. The Fisch Wiki lists those dates on a page updated September 25, 2026; this is third-party wiki reporting, not an official live announcement. The event’s stated community goal was 500 million fish by 12:00 UTC on March 29, 2025.

Rather than completing combat stages or fighting a final boss, players contributed fish catches toward shared totals. A search result describing cursed zones, staged objectives, combat, healing, and a final confrontation does not match the dated event guide or wiki accounts, so those steps should not be treated as a verified Brother Silas quest route.
How players entered the event room
Historically, players spoke to Brother Silas near the Moosewood docks, and he teleported them to the isolated Cults Curse room. The Brother Silas wiki page places him on an island off Moosewood, south of the docks, at approximately X:340, Y:135, Z:345; another page gives X:337, Y:135, Z:345. The small coordinate difference and the pages’ unavailable status make “near the Moosewood docks” the more useful historical direction. The Cults Curse page says the room could be exited through a door at the end of a corridor.

Can you still start Brother Silas’s quest?
No current route is established for starting the original event. The reported event dates have passed, and Brother Silas is listed as exclusive to the event and currently unobtainable. These status details come from third-party wiki pages, not a verified official live announcement. In practice, do not expect to enter the historical Cults Curse room by following the old directions.
What the Cursed Storm Totem does now
A Fischepedia page updated September 24, 2026 reports that the Cursed Storm Totem can be found in the Daily Shop and sometimes through the Rare Goods Dealer. Its use spawns a pool at a random map location; fish caught in that pool receive 2x XP and have an 8% chance of the Cursed Mutation, according to that page. The Mutation page separately lists Cursed as a 4x mutation and says it remains obtainable while a Cursed Storm is active. These are current third-party wiki reports; shop stock and game mechanics can change.

Check the live price before buying
The Fischepedia page is internally inconsistent about the Rare Goods Dealer price: its summary says 50 S$, while its detailed acquisition section says 60 S$. It lists 600,000 C$ at the Daily Shop. Because the dealer price is unresolved, check the price shown in your live in-game listing before spending currency.

The totem is a separate, reported in-game option; finding it does not reopen the Cults Curse event or restore Brother Silas’s historical quest. Whether it is useful depends on your goal: its reported storm pool combines 2x XP with a chance of the Cursed Mutation. Check the current listing and stock in-game, then decide whether the displayed cost and those effects suit what you want to do.
