Each has different conditions. The official guidance does not describe a universal delivery delay or one technical fix for every missing-roll problem, so check the relevant requirements before contacting support.
First, identify the missing-roll source
Use the source of the expected reward to decide what to check. An event reward depends on the event and its objective; an invite reward has specific eligibility requirements; a team request is a way for members to send rolls to one another. These routes are not interchangeable.

Check event and Progress Bar rewards
Some opportunities are time-limited, and event features may not appear for every player at the same time. The official Progress Bar guidance says Reward Rush is available only for a limited time and that features unlock progressively; examples can vary with a player’s journey and the event. Confirm that the event is currently available to you and that you completed the requirement shown in-game.
The official guidance does not specify a standard number of minutes or hours for an event reward to arrive. If the event’s displayed conditions appear satisfied but the rolls remain absent, record the event name and what you completed before contacting support.

Verify invite-reward eligibility
Invite bonuses have explicit conditions. According to the official Friends article, the invited person must never have downloaded or played Dice Dreams, must link Facebook, and must complete at least one Kingdom. If even one condition is missing, the invite may not qualify. If all conditions were fulfilled and the reward did not arrive, the help article directs players to Customer Experience.
Use team requests as a separate way to get rolls
Players in a team can periodically request rolls on the team Message Board, and teammates can send them. This is a way to receive rolls from other players, not a repair for an event or invite reward that failed to appear. A team can accommodate up to 50 members, according to the official Teams help article.

Contact Dice Dreams support if the reward is still missing
- Open Dice Dreams and go to Menu > Settings > Contact Us to reach in-game support.
- Describe the expected reward and its source, when you expected it, and the relevant details—for example, the event and completed objective or the invite requirements you met.
- Include your Player ID if support asks for it. The Friends article mentions Player IDs for friend-related support cases; the available guidance does not say that one is required for every missing-roll ticket.
Dice Dreams’ Google Play listing also directs players to in-game support or [email protected]. The US Apple App Store listing gives [email protected]. Because the listed email addresses differ by platform, the in-game Contact Us route or the address shown on your own platform’s listing is the clearest starting point. Avoid unofficial roll offers and account requests
Do not use third-party roll generators or account sellers, and do not give anyone your login or payment details to claim rolls. Dice Dreams says transactions and offers outside the game are unauthorized and that its team will not ask for sensitive information. Check the Game Safety guidance if you encounter such an offer.

What the official guidance does—and doesn’t—establish
The help articles explain certain reward conditions and support routes, but they do not diagnose a particular account, publish a universal delivery window, or prescribe one refresh procedure for all missing rolls. The available official guidance therefore does not confirm cache-clearing, reinstalling, changing networks, or waiting a set number of hours as fixes. Match the problem to the reward source, verify its requirements, and send unresolved cases to support.
