Google Play describes Summoners Kingdom: Goddess as a fantasy card RPG focused on summoning and collecting more than 100 heroes; the listing names Cloud Joy as the developer. Apple categorizes it as a strategy game and discloses loot boxes and in-app purchases. Those disclosures establish that random rewards and paid purchases are part of the app, but they do not give the odds or cost of a specific banner.
Is 30 summons a guaranteed legendary?
That is not established as an official rule. An App Store reviewer claimed that “you only need to summon 30 times to gain a ‘legendary’ hero at any point.” The review does not identify the summon pool, explain what resets the count, specify whether the result is guaranteed, or say whether it means the featured Goddess rather than any legendary hero. What is known about Goddess banners and pity?
The available official store information does not provide a current Goddess summon probability table or pity-rules page. It therefore does not confirm the active banner’s base or featured rates, whether a hard pity threshold exists, what reward that threshold guarantees, or whether an off-banner result affects a later guarantee.

How to verify the rules before summoning
Use the details or probability panel for the banner that is live in your game. Do not assume that rules from another banner or game apply.
- Open the active summon banner and note its exact name.
- Open its details, rules, or probability panel. Read the published rate table for base and featured results.
- Find the guarantee or pity wording. Check the threshold, the exact reward guaranteed, and whether the featured Goddess is guaranteed or merely a legendary hero.
- Check what resets the count and whether an off-banner result changes the next guarantee.
- Look for explicit carryover terms covering Goddess banners, reruns, other summon types, and event tickets or other currencies. If the panel does not say, treat carryover as unconfirmed.
For comparing banners, use their documented rates, featured-hero guarantee, summon currency and cost, threshold, and counter carryover. The available listings do not supply values for those comparisons, so a numerical comparison would be speculative.

Apple’s listing marks the game as containing loot boxes and lists in-app purchases.
