After extraction, return to Tian Wen in Speranza to deliver it.
How to complete Outstanding Balance
The quest is associated with Blue Gate and concerns Tian Wen’s deal with Dodger over a Bastion Cell. Both objectives—and extracting with the note—must be completed in one round, according to the walkthroughs. [PC Gamer; 8BitToast]
1. Search Dodger’s stash in the Traffic Tunnel
- Enter the Traffic Tunnel on Blue Gate and follow the northwest road toward its far end.
- Look in the right-hand corner for a box-filled rack or trolley beneath a blue tarp. A small campsite and truck are nearby landmarks.
- Search the stash to advance the quest.
The northwest-road approach and tarp-covered stash are described by PC Gamer; 8BitToast also places it at the tunnel’s far end and notes the nearby landmarks.
2. Investigate the deal spot at Pilgrim’s Peak
- Travel to Pilgrim’s Peak and locate the large antenna structure.
- One described route uses a zipline lift in the tunnel to reach the peak, then the tower zipline to reach the room just below the top.
- Search the bag between the red electrical boxes to pick up Dodger’s Note.
The route and bag location are described in the PC Gamer walkthrough; the pickup is also covered by ARC Raiders Score.

- ARC Raiders Deluxe Edition includes the base game and the following content: The Wanderer Set, including the following cosmetic items: “Valente” Outfit" “Pathfinder” Backpack,“Blanket Roll” Backpack Attachment.
- Plus: Character Cosmetic, Finger Gun Rapid Fire Emote, Cowboy Scrappy Body Type and Skin, 2 400 Raider Tokens.
3. Extract with Dodger’s Note
Do not leave the round before picking up the note, and extract with it to complete the objectives. Some secondary guides suggest placing the note in a Safe Pocket augment to protect it if you are downed; that protection is not confirmed by an official source here. Choose an extraction based on the situation in your raid: the walkthroughs do not establish one extraction point as universally safest.
4. Deliver the note to Tian Wen
After extraction, return to Tian Wen in Speranza and deliver Dodger’s Note. The guides list “Settled in Full” as the follow-up quest. [PC Gamer; ARC Raiders Score]
