How many collectibles are in Hungering Plain?
Game8’s guide, last updated September 19, 2025, counts nine items in the region. PowerPyx published the same total and category breakdown on September 11, 2025.

Completing a collectible type increases the area’s collectible completion rate shown on the map screen, according to Game8’s Hungering Plain guide.
How to use ECHO Location Scan
- Explore the area until you are close enough for a collectible pin to appear on the map.
- Open the map and highlight that pin.
- Start ECHO Location Scan: press Z on mouse and keyboard, or Up on a controller.
- Follow the guiding line toward the collectible and interact with it when you reach it.
The pin may not appear until you approach, so check the map as you explore rather than expecting every collectible to be marked from the outset. PowerPyx also notes that collectibles are revealed on the map as you get near them; its matching count is summarized in PowerPyx’s Hungering Plain locations guide.

What to expect from the location list
The nine-item tally and categories are independently consistent across the two cited guides, but that agreement does not establish a verified set of exact placements or directions. Use the in-game pin and scan for navigation; avoid treating uncorroborated item names, coordinates or landmark directions as confirmed locations.

Borderlands Support says the Standard Edition is physical on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and digital on the platforms listed in its FAQ. Deluxe and Super Deluxe editions are digital-only in that FAQ. Confirm platform and edition details against the official Borderlands 4 orders and editions FAQ.
The same FAQ describes GameStop’s ECHO-4 Bundle as merchandise: it includes a statue, Vault Symbol necklace, Kairos map, four double-sided art prints and a SHiFT code for five Golden Keys. The game is not included.
