No. Call of Duty: WWII does not support cross-platform multiplayer, so players on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC cannot join one another in multiplayer sessions. The Xbox Store listing states, “Cross-platform Multiplayer is not supported.”
Which platforms have Call of Duty: WWII?
Activision lists Call of Duty: WWII for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The game, developed by Sledgehammer Games, was released on November 3, 2017. Activision’s platform list describes where the game is available; it does not mean players on those systems can play together.

On the Xbox Store, the listing describes Campaign, Multiplayer, and Co-Operative modes and explicitly rules out cross-platform multiplayer. It does not provide a mode-by-mode compatibility breakdown, so that statement should not be extended into a separate claim about Campaign or co-op.
Does it support cross-generation play?
Cross-generation play—joining players on newer hardware within the same console family—is a separate question from cross-platform play. The official material cited here does not establish whether newer PlayStation or Xbox hardware can join players on the previous generation. The no-cross-platform statement alone does not answer that question.

Does the crossplay answer tell you whether servers are active?
No. Activision Support lists online-service platforms and provides connection troubleshooting and known-issue resources, but its support index is not a real-time server-status or player-population report. It does not establish current lobby activity or matchmaking population by region.
