Where Pokémon Center says official merchandise is sold
Pokémon Center Support says its merchandise is licensed for sale through Pokémon Center, Pokémon Automated Retail Vending Machines, and limited-time deals with major retailers such as Target and GameStop. It also says it does not offer licensing or wholesale pricing to smaller retailers. Target and GameStop are examples of retailers involved in limited-time deals—not a promise that every item is available there all the time. Read Pokémon Center’s distributor information.

- Automated Retail Vending Machines: Another channel named by Pokémon Center Support.
- Major-retailer deals: Pokémon Center cites Target and GameStop as examples of limited-time arrangements; check the retailer’s current listings for a particular item.
- Pokémon TCG cards: The stated exception to the narrower merchandise channel guidance, distributed through existing partnerships with mass-market retailers.
Which Pokémon Center serves your region?
The Pokémon Company International operates regional Pokémon Center websites for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Its support guidance says it does not have physical retail stores in those regions and points shoppers to information about Pokémon Center stores in Japan. An official online shop in a market therefore does not mean there is a permanent Pokémon Center shopfront there. See Pokémon Center’s physical-store information.

How to choose between Pokémon Center and another retailer

Check the product listing, not just the product name
Pokémon Center lists the Fezandipiti Poké Plush as “Pokémon Center Original,” confirming that official Pokémon plush merchandise is sold through its shop. The listing previously gave estimated standard shipping of 5–9 business days; that is an item-specific estimate, not a general delivery promise, and the live listing may differ. The same listing stated a 30-day return period excluding final-sale items. View the Fezandipiti Poké Plush listing.
For card accessories, the official store has listed products such as the Pokémon 30th Celebration Double Deck Box. That example can help with product discovery, but the listing alone does not establish current stock or terms. Browse Pokémon Center deck boxes.

Finding the same product name on a third-party marketplace does not, by itself, establish that the seller is authorized or that the item is authentic. Pokémon Center’s channel guidance does not verify individual marketplace sellers; check the seller and listing details before buying.

Pokémon Center says its own return process applies to purchases from its US, Canada, and UK websites; its support guidance also describes returns within 30 days after delivery for eligible damaged or defective items, excluding final-sale items.
