Sparkle is a five-star Quantum Harmony support built around CRIT DMG buffs, 50% action advance, and Skill Point economy. For a current starting build, use a CRIT DMG body, Speed feet, a defensive sphere, and an Energy Regeneration Rate rope; pair her with a carry that benefits from frequent Skill use or action advance. The best Light Cone, relic set, and Speed target depend on the team and the turn timing you want to reach.
What Sparkle contributes to a team
Sparkle’s Skill advances one ally’s action by 50% and buffs that ally; targeting Sparkle herself does not advance her own action. Her kit also raises the team’s Skill Point cap by two, and her Ultimate recovers six Skill Points. That combination makes her especially useful when a carry spends Skill Points heavily, while her CRIT DMG support and action advance can benefit other damage dealers too. The mechanics are summarized in Sparkle’s character data.
She is not a universal best support for every roster. Consider the carry’s Skill Point appetite, whether action advance helps meet a useful action-value breakpoint, and which sustain and secondary support you can field.
Which Light Cone should you equip?
The Version 4.6 HSR Build guide, updated September 26, 2026, orders these options as shown below. Prydwen’s Sparkle guide, updated May 31, 2026 and listing its major review and calculation update as Patch 4.0, uses a different ordering and stresses the value of teamwide action advance and faster Ultimates in some teams. Treat rankings as guide-specific rather than timeless: choose for the effect your particular lineup needs. HSR Build’s Sparkle guide notes that its Light Cone ordering, relic sets, and stat priorities follow Prydwen recommendations; Prydwen’s guide explains its own evaluation.

| Light Cone | Why use it | Best fit |
|---|---|---|
| A Grounded Ascent | The latest guide ranks it first; it can provide energy, a ramping damage buff, and recurring Skill Point restoration. | Teams that spend many Skill Points and can make use of the extra economy. |
| Earthly Escapade | Sparkle’s signature Light Cone, providing team CRIT buffs. | Teams that benefit most from its CRIT support. Its buffs do not supply the extra utility of teamwide action advance or faster Ultimates highlighted in Prydwen’s discussion. |
| Dance! Dance! Dance! | Advances the team’s actions when Sparkle uses her Ultimate. | Teams built around the action-value thresholds this advancement can help reach. |
| But the Battle Isn’t Over | Can suit Skill Point-dependent lineups. | Teams where its utility complements Sparkle’s Skill Point support. |
These are not interchangeable damage upgrades. Consider whether the team needs more Skill Points, CRIT buffs, or action-value help before following a tier order; the two guides’ differing rankings reflect that conditional choice.
Best relics and planar ornaments
Four-piece relic sets
HSR Build’s Version 4.6 guide recommends Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal as the principal four-piece set. It increases Sparkle’s Speed and can grant her ally up to 36% CRIT DMG. This is the straightforward option when Sparkle’s turns and the buffed carry’s CRIT damage are the priorities.

- 1/8 scale figure stands approximately 12 inches tall, multi-color finish and stylized design true to the character of the Honkai universe: Star Rail

Eagle of Twilight Line is an alternative when the team is targeting action-value thresholds. Its timing can be less convenient around Sparkle’s Ultimate, so the theoretical turn advantage is not automatically useful in every rotation. If you do not have strong four-piece pieces, a two-piece Messenger Traversing Hackerspace combined with another useful two-piece set is a practical fallback rather than a reason to delay building her.
Planar ornaments
Lushaka, the Sunken Seas is the general recommendation when supporting a single ATK-based carry, and its Energy Regeneration is useful to Sparkle. Broken Keel is conditional on having enough Effect RES to activate its bonus. Penacony, Land of the Dreams is more specialized: use it when supporting teammates who share Sparkle’s Quantum element.

Recommended stats and Speed targets
| Slot or priority | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Body | CRIT DMG |
| Feet | Speed |
| Planar sphere | HP% or DEF% |
| Link rope | Energy Regeneration Rate |
| Substats | Reach the Speed target you chose, then build CRIT DMG; add survivability and Effect RES as needed. |
There is no single Speed number every Sparkle needs. Set the target around the team’s rotation and desired action-value breakpoint, then invest in CRIT DMG without sacrificing survival. Prydwen lists 119.44% or higher Energy Regeneration Rate and 175–210% or higher CRIT DMG among its endgame guide targets; these are recommendations from that guide, not minimum requirements or measured population averages.
For the specific goal of three turns within 150 action value, Prydwen’s guide gives these effective-Speed targets before action-advance help: 200 Speed without the listed set or Light Cone support; 184 Speed with either four-piece Eagle of Twilight Line or S5 Dance! Dance! Dance!; and 167.4 Speed with both. These figures describe that guide’s build target for that action-value goal, not a universal requirement for every account or encounter. A lower target can be more sensible if your available gear, Light Cone, or team rotation does not support that plan.

Trace priority
For combat traces, level Sparkle’s Skill first, then her Ultimate and Talent at equal priority, followed by her Basic ATK: Skill > Ultimate = Talent > Basic. For major traces, the recommended order is Artificial Flower (A4) > Nocturne (A6) > Almanac (A2). These priorities focus resources on her support contribution before her basic attack.

| Carry and example team | Why Sparkle fits | What to consider |
|---|---|---|
| Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae / Sparkle / Tingyun / Huohuo | His enhanced attack can spend three Skill Points; Sparkle increases the team’s cap and restores points. | Prioritize Skill Point economy and coordinate support turns with his enhanced attacks. |
| Qingque / Sparkle / Tingyun / Fu Xuan | Qingque’s enhanced attack can consume Skill Points, so Sparkle’s extra capacity and recovery can help the rotation. | Her Skill Point appetite makes Sparkle’s economy a key part of the pairing. |
| Seele / Silver Wolf / Sparkle / Fu Xuan | Combines Sparkle’s action advance with Silver Wolf’s weakness implant and Fu Xuan’s sustain. | Consider whether this Quantum-focused setup and its action timing suit the encounter. |
| Archer or Sparxie with Sparkle | Both are identified as Sparkle synergies in the current guide coverage. | Choose secondary support and sustain according to the carry, roster, and combat mode. |
When comparing candidate teams, ask whether the carry spends Skill Points quickly, whether action advance is needed to reach a timing breakpoint, whether a planar bonus applies to an ATK-based or same-element teammate, and which sustain and secondary support are available. Those answers are more useful than treating one sample lineup as a fixed template.

Because their Light Cone rankings differ and build targets depend on rotation, use the effect descriptions and stated conditions above when deciding what to equip.
