Psikyo Memories is an announced collection of classic Psikyo shoot-’em-ups, planned for a worldwide release in 2027 on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Edia has not announced which games are included, a price, editions, or physical-release details. A PC build was shown at Tokyo Game Show, but PC was not listed as a release platform.
What is Psikyo Memories?
Edia describes Psikyo Memories as a collection of classic Psikyo shoot-’em-ups intended to preserve the originals’ high-speed action. Its announcement characterizes Psikyo as a developer associated with the 1990s arcade scene. In Edia’s words, the collection brings together “a rich selection of titles that only Psikyo could offer.” Edia’s announcement

The announcement establishes the collection’s general premise, but not its contents. There is no confirmed game list, so it is not yet possible to say whether the release will gather particular Psikyo series or reproduce the lineups of earlier compilations.
Which platforms and when?
- PlayStation 5: named as a platform in Edia’s announcement.
- Nintendo Switch 2: named as a platform in Edia’s announcement.
- PC: a PC build was playable on the Tokyo Game Show floor, but the report says PC was not listed as a release platform. A show-floor demo alone does not confirm a PC release.
Edia plans a worldwide release in 2027. No exact launch date or separate regional schedule has been announced. Edia’s announcement

What is not confirmed yet?
Edia has not announced the individual games in the collection or provided buying details. In particular, the available announcement does not establish:
- the full game lineup or number of included games;
- price, editions, or pre-order information;
- whether the game will receive a physical release;
- features such as display orientation, control options, online play, save or practice modes, or extras.
Those details should not be assumed based on features in earlier Psikyo collections. Edia’s description promises a collection of classic shoot-’em-ups, but does not specify its technical features or contents. Edia’s announcement

What to check before deciding whether to buy
Once Edia publishes more information, the details most likely to matter are the exact game lineup, whether any titles overlap with earlier collections, which platforms and formats are available, and the regional release date and edition contents. Any advertised display, control, online, save, practice, or bonus features will also need to be confirmed for Psikyo Memories itself.
