LEGO’s Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 set (77092) costs $299.99 in the US and offers two alternate builds inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild. It has 2,500 pieces and four minifigures. LEGO’s US shop listed it as sold out and “Retiring soon” on October 4, 2026; those labels can change and do not establish stock at other retailers.
What is LEGO set 77092?
The LEGO Group announced the 18+ Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 set on May 28, 2024, with availability beginning September 1, 2024. The set contains 2,500 pieces and is designed as a substantial display model with smaller game-inspired scenes and details. LEGO’s announcement gives the original US suggested retail price as $299.99. LEGO’s announcement and the official US product listing identify the set and its features.
What does $299.99 buy?
- 2,500 pieces for builders ages 18 and up.
- Four minifigures: three versions of Link and Princess Zelda.
- Two possible tree builds, one based on Ocarina of Time and one based on Breath of the Wild. The full tree models are alternatives: LEGO’s 2024 US catalog says both cannot be built at the same time.
- Smaller set pieces and references, including Link’s house and game-specific props and characters.
The $299.99 figure is the original US MSRP and the price displayed on LEGO’s US listing at the time checked on October 4, 2026. It is not a verified current street price, and the listing price or stock status may change.
How the two versions compare
| Build | Game inspiration | Height listed by LEGO | Recognizable details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Great Deku Tree | The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time | Over 13 in. (33 cm) | Link’s house, Navi, the Deku Sprout, Skulltulas and a fairy slingshot |
| Great Deku Tree | The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild | Over 12 in. (31 cm) | Master Sword, Koroks, Hestu and a Sheikah Slate |
LEGO describes both versions as having posable facial features and accessible side panels. Its product listing also highlights the Hylian Shield and Master Sword among the curated items. The listed heights are LEGO product specifications, not independent measurements. The announcement separately gives the Breath of the Wild model as 31 cm high and 33 cm wide, and the Ocarina of Time model as 33 cm high and 21 cm wide; width should not be confused with height. LEGO’s listing provides the current product details, while its 2024 announcement gives the regional dimensions.

Which build should you choose?
The set lets you choose one full tree configuration rather than display both complete trees at once. The choice is therefore between two game-specific versions of the central model, with smaller references reinforcing each one. Choose the Ocarina of Time configuration for details such as Navi, Skulltulas and Link’s house; choose the Breath of the Wild configuration for the Master Sword, Koroks, Hestu and Sheikah Slate. LEGO says the tree faces are poseable and the side panels open for access to details.
Is the set available now?
As of October 4, 2026, LEGO’s US product page showed the set at $299.99 with “Sold out” and “Retiring soon” labels. These are the page’s status at that date, not a promise about future stock or proof that the set is unavailable everywhere. Check the official LEGO US listing for its latest status. LEGO’s 2024 announcement named LEGO.com, LEGO Stores and selected retailers as sales channels but did not name those retailers. It does not establish current third-party inventory.

Why the Deku Tree was chosen
LEGO design materials explain that the Deku Tree was the first element from The Legend of Zelda the teams wanted to represent in LEGO bricks.
