The reported Valentides 2026 recipe for Cupid’s Embrace is one Sweet Lovestorm Turtle, Cupid’s Core, Cupid’s Handle, and Cupid’s Wing, plus C$15,000. Craft it at the Ancient Archives on Ancient Isle. The guides describing this recipe were updated in February 2026, and whether the Valentine event content is still accessible is unconfirmed, so check the live game before gathering materials.
Recipe and crafting location
Both guides report the Ancient Archives as the crafting destination; All Things How places the crafting area inside the cave behind a waterfall, at coordinates 5870, 160, 415. Use the Crafting Anvil or Table there.
| Requirement | Amount |
|---|---|
| Sweet Lovestorm Turtle | 1 |
| Cupid’s Core | 1 |
| Cupid’s Handle | 1 |
| Cupid’s Wing | 1 |

Pro Game Guides lists all four components, while All Things How’s short recipe summary omits Cupid’s Wing despite describing four required items. The four-material recipe above follows the more complete listing. Pro Game Guides; All Things How
How to get the materials
Cupid’s Handle
Guides tie the Handle to Sweetheart Sam’s questline and a cooperative lantern-and-chocolate step. Pro Game Guides describes lighting eight Valentine Lanterns, using a Box of Chocolates with a duo partner at the Wishing Well to spawn the Loveletter Longpike, catching it, and showing it to Sam. All Things How describes a similar sequence with candles or lanterns, chocolate, the well, and a Love Letter Pike. Follow the live quest text if the names or steps differ.

Cupid’s Core
Sweetheart Sam’s Core quest is reported to require catching ten limited-time Lovestorm fish and a Lovestorm Turtle, then returning the requested fish to Sam. Pro Game Guides says earlier Sam quests, limited-fish catches, and bestiary progress come first. The guides describe these stages as cooperative or duo-related.
Cupid’s Wing
Pro Game Guides says this component comes after earlier Sam quests and requires a Roseveil Koi from the Behind Waterfall area. Its walkthrough describes entering with a duo partner, sitting on the bench to spawn a Pink Pool, and fishing with Fischversation Hearts or Chocolate Fish bait in Foggy weather during Winter season. Return the koi to Sam. These details are guide-reported and may not match a changed live quest.

Sweet Lovestorm Turtle
Catch a Lovestorm Turtle, then obtain its Sweet mutation. All Things How recommends using a Valentine’s Relic or appraisal; Pro Game Guides also mentions appraisal or Valentine/Cupid enchantments. Treat these as reported methods rather than guaranteed current mechanics.
Reported stats and what they mean
Both guides list the rod at 70% Lure Speed, 214% Luck, 0.1 Control, and 14% Resilience. Those figures suggest a strong emphasis on lure speed and luck, with comparatively low handling stats; they are guide-reported values, not independently tested here.

The guides also describe an Embraced mutation passive and a benefit when another nearby player uses Cupid’s Embrace, but their accounts of the exact chance and reel-stat effects differ. One reports a 25% base chance rising to 50% and partner progress reaching 25%; the other describes a 25% base chance and stat changes while reeling. The exact current passive is therefore not established. The reported maximum-weight figures also conflict—225,000 kg versus 22,500 kg—so neither should be relied on without checking the current in-game item details.
