1348 Ex Voto is a single-player action-adventure game set in a 14th-century-inspired Italy marked by political conflict, rural flight, banditry and pestilence. You play as Aeta, a young knight errant searching for Bianca, her closest companion. The journey ranges from medieval villages and castles to the Appennino mountainside and the remnants of classical Rome, with trinkets and treasures to find along the way. Combat centers on swordplay: Aeta can switch between one-handed and two-handed stances, and skill books unlock additional combos. Weapon parts let you customize her swordplay. The game draws on chivalric tales and Historical European Martial Arts, with cinematic combat animated using performance capture. On Steam, it includes achievements, full controller support, Steam Cloud and Family Sharing, along with camera comfort, color alternatives and custom volume controls.
