What it is
Avadon 2: The Corruption is a single-player fantasy role-playing adventure from Spiderweb Software, and the second chapter in the Avadon trilogy. You serve the keep of Avadon as a spy and warrior, facing threats to your homeland and the risk of civil war and destruction. The story offers choices about loyalty: you can remain with Avadon or turn against it, with multiple possible endings.
The game has five character classes, each with numerous spells and abilities. Its large world includes dungeons, side quests, secrets, magical artifacts, and the histories of Avadon and Lynaeus. Items include powerful crystals that can strengthen artifacts. The adventure also includes Steam Achievements and Family Sharing. It is available on Windows and macOS, and prior experience with Avadon: The Black Fortress is not required to play this installment.
