Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is a fighting game developed by CyberConnect2 and published by SEGA. Its single-player Story Mode follows Tanjiro through the Entertainment District, Swordsmith Village and Hashira Training arcs, with battles against Upper Rank demons alongside allies. VS Mode supports online and offline challenges and features more than 40 characters, including the nine Hashira. New options include Dual Ultimates and Gear. The Standard Edition contains the main game and character unlock keys for Academy Rengoku and Academy Uzui. Players with save data from the first Hinokami Chronicles or Sweep The Board! can receive additional character unlock keys; Sweep The Board! save data also grants listed battle attire. Unlock keys let the specified characters be used in VS Mode from the start. The game released on August 5, 2025, for Windows, and has a Steam age rating of 17. Steam features include PvP, online and shared-screen play, full controller support, achievements, trading cards and in-app purchases.
