What it is

Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk is a single-player dungeon-crawling RPG about guiding a brigade of puppet soldiers through a dangerous maze. The player takes the role of the living book Tractatus de Monstrum, exploring below a small town alongside Dronya and her puppets in search of buried secrets, treasure and rare artifacts. At the base, players can create soldiers, assign squads and formations, improve equipment, handle townsfolk requests and receive help through Witch Petitions. Inside the labyrinth, progression involves solving puzzles, jumping barriers and breaking through walls. Battles depend on preparation and orders: players can change formations, use special skills or call for an all-out attack. The dungeon grows more vicious as riches accumulate, making the decision to press on part of each expedition. Steam lists controller support, Achievements, Trading Cards, Cloud, Remote Play on TV and Family Sharing. The Steam release is for Windows; PlayStation Vita is also listed as a platform.
