What it is
Lethal League Blaze is a competitive ball game from Team Reptile, set around an outlawed sport in Shine City. Players try to defeat opponents by hitting a ball, steering its angle and using character-specific special moves. Each strike increases the ball’s speed, sometimes doubling it, so control can shift quickly as the pace rises. Players can mark the ball with their color, but that advantage can change at high speeds.
Matches support up to four players in local and online play, including online PvP and shared or split-screen PvP. Solo modes let players take on a series of opponents. The combat builds from straightforward hits into smashes, bunts, special abilities, parries, throws, counters and taunts. Characters, outfits, modes, stages and soundtrack selections are among the unlockable extras. The game is available for Windows, macOS and Linux, with full controller support and Steam achievements.
