What it is
NEKOPARA Vol. 4 is a single-player visual novel from NEKO WORKs, set around Kashou Minaduki and his patisserie, La Soleil. Although the shop is popular, Kashou’s father still disapproves, leaving Kashou troubled. Shigure proposes a hot springs trip with Chocola, Vanilla and the other catpanions as a change of pace. With encouragement from Azuki and Coconut, Kashou resolves to face his father, while Maple and Cinnamon recommend travelling to France to seek advice from the teacher who taught him his craft. Shigure joins the journey, and Kashou encounters a new catgirl in France. The story focuses on Kashou’s growth and his bonds with his catpanions and family, with comedy, romance and drama. It features artwork and character designs by Sayori, animated character sprites, and full Japanese voice acting except for the protagonist. Text is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese. The game also includes a CG Gallery, Steam Achievements, Trading Cards and Remote Play on phone and tablet. It is available for Windows.
